Check out this HIGHlarious snap, sent to us by a Perezcious Reader, of Zach Galifianakis Martin Griggs from Mendocino County in California, who was arrested for violating his parole and being under the influence of a controlled substance (above)!

Hmm…is this a mugshot, or just a new promotional poster for The Hangover, Pt. II?!

Better safe than sorry, we say!

According to a non-disclosure agreement that Britney Spears' back-up dancers were required to sign before working on her music video for Till The World Ends, they are legally obligated to keep the formerly troubled pop star away from alcohol or drugs!

According to the NDA:

"Contractor acknowledges that it is essential that [Britney] not be exposed to any alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances."

Furthermore, dancers can be tested for drugs at any time, and can be fired for failing a test or refusing to take one!

Seems a little much, but the reality is that Brit Brit DID have a very rough period in her personal life, and we think that she's smart to ensure that she doesn't put herself in a potentially compromising situation! The road to recovery can be a long and difficult one!

Either way, gurl - whatever you're doing, it's WORKING, so congratulations!

Well, well, well.

Someone has some explaining to do.

One day after the Celebrity Rehab reunion show aired - where Jason Davis told Dr. Drew that he's been sober for 90 days (above) - Jason was arrested in Newport Beach, CA for possession of a controlled substance.

He's being held on a $20,000 bail.

We wonder if he really was sober during the taping of the reunion show or if he'd been lying to Dr. Drew and pretty much everybody else all along.

Looks like Kid Cudi won’t be avoiding any charges this time around.

This weekend, the rapper was charged with “criminal mischief and possession of a controlled substance after an incident at a woman's apartment in New York City.”

Sources say, he “repeatedly pounded on and kicked the downtown apartment's door, ultimately using his bodily force to tear it off its hinges.”

Apparently, Cudi did not appear to be intoxicated at the time but was charged for possession of liquid cocaine.

Geezz..he better learn to control that temper before it gets him in any more trouble!

Busted!

Afeni Shakur, the late Tupac's 63 year old mom, was arrested on April 16th for a felony possession of marijuana, as well as maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance!

She's been released on $10,000 bail, and has a May 10th court date to resolve the matter!

Happy mother's day to her, indeed! Good lord, how much weed did she have??
