Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis went a little too wild himself, and now he could be facing some serious jail time!
The porn mogul was recently found guilty of assault and multiple charges of false imprisonment stemming from his arrest back in 2011.
Joe was accused of taking a few women back to his pad for some good times, but the problem was he wouldn't let them leave when the night was over! One woman even claims that he attacked and choke-slammed her head to the ground!
OUCH!!
Well now he could be facing up to five years behind bars for his disgusting behavior and is set to be sentenced later this week.
It's hard to believe that a guy who pays women to take their tops off for a living could find a way to damage his reputation, but apparently Joe is just full of surprises!
This must come as such a relief for poor Joss Stone and her worried-sick family!

Two former Butterball workers at a North Carolina turkey facility have been convicted of animal cruelty following a 2011 undercover investigation by Mercy For Animals.
They captured graphic footage of workers mistreating the birds which you can see, at your own discretion, (above).
Here's what the statement from the Mercy For Animals said:
"This latest round of criminal convictions against Butterball workers demonstrates that an ongoing pattern of animal cruelty and neglect was allowed to flourish at this inhumane factory farm. As the convictions pile up, it leaves no doubt that turkeys raised and killed by Butterball are routinely crowded into filthy warehouses, neglected to die from infected, bloody wounds, or thrown, kicked, and beaten by factory farm workers."
We're so glad that justice is finally being served.
Animal cruelty should not and will not be tolerated!
We're guessing it will be a LONG time before this former television star gets behind the wheel of a car high as a kite!
Taran Nolan Smith, who used to be on the funny sitcom Home Improvement, needs some life improvement after recently pleading guilty to a drug possession charge.
Smith was convicted of a DUI and hash possession after getting booked early last year. That is bad, although we're sure the young man is also breathing a sigh of relief after he avoided any jail time and will instead attend a 12-hour program for the DUI, and will be forced to participate in a 6-month drug diversion program for the marijuana charge.
Smith was originally arrested after the police saw his vehicle parked in front of a fire hydrant and smelled a strong odor coming from the car. He was subsequently arrested.
When it is all said and done though we're just glad that Smith didn't hurt himself or anyone else that night, and hopefully he'll learn a valuable lesson from all of this!
Every detail of this situation continues to remain absolutely tragic!
Former Melrose Place star Amy Locane-Bovenizer was convicted this week of vehicular manslaughter and assault with an auto after killing a 60 year-old NJ woman and severely injuring her husband while driving drunk.
The actress was sentenced to five to 10 yeas in prison for the first charge and three-to-five for the second; it's expected she'll be allowed to serve her sentences concurrently.
