Between family, friends, gifts and good cheer, the holidays bring a lot of things our way, but most notably the season brings lots of calories to our stomach!

Hungry Girl Lisa Lillien Comig To Cooking Channel

You may have been reading her blog and newsletter for years, but now you’ll be able to see her in action on the Cooking Channel!

Lisa Lillien, better known as “Hungry Girl,” will be starting her own show on the Cooking Channel on January 8.

"It approaches food in a fun way that doesn't feel diet-y,” said Lisa.

She says that she has been inspired by Rachel Ray’s cooking show:

"Rachael Ray is fantastic - she's the master, she's the best. I've worked with her quite a bit over the past few years."

Lisa has always had some great tips for light cooking. The show will definitely be worth checking out!
