Just because it's time to celebrate, doesn't mean it's time to totally lose control of your fitness and healthy eating regimen.
Most of you are going to have the 4th off, so head into the gym early and get your workout done! Don't put it off because you'll find a million excuses not to go. Get in, get out, and be on your way. An early morning workout will boost your metabolism and keep you energized for the rest of the day.
If you know you're going to be eating and/or drinking heavy later in the day, have lighter meals earlier in the day to offset your caloric intake. Make your 4th of July BBQ a cheat meal, not an entire cheat day!
