This time nothing horrible happened, but we definitely WOULD NOT want Twist taking someone else's life because of his carelessness.

We know that Bieby is across the pond recovering from the "worst birthday" ever, but perhaps next time he should think about locking up his keys!

Welcome to the latest saga of Lindsay Lohan's legal woes!

Attorney Mark Heller represented an absent LiLo in court on Friday to handle concerns before the actual trial on March 18.

Facing probation violation and jail-time, Linds' upcoming trial is based on the misdemeanor charges stemming from her June PCH crash, where it is believed that she was driving recklessly and then lied to the police. If the judge determines she violated her probation from the 2011 theft case, it's NOT gonna be a happy day for Lohan!

In court Friday, a new judge appeared in the saga — James R Dabney.

OH HAI JUDGE DABZ!

Off-put by Heller's incompetence (he noted that Heller has no background in criminal law, much less California law), Dabz says Linds either has to get another lawyer or come in to court to waive her right to a competent CA lawyer. The judge continued his reasoning behind this by saying if Heller wanted to raise concerns, he didn't have to raise formal motions. And basically, everything Heller was doing — such as the paperwork — was completely out of whack!

Lindsay Lohan's new lawyer Mark Heller has been making some questionable legal moves concerning Lilo's June car crash on the PCH — one of which is asking the judge to THROW OUT the lying-to-cops-case, claiming that the police involved in the incident did NOT allow Lindsay her Miranda rights.

BUT, he's also alleging that the cops acted VERY inappropriately towards his client, telling her that she couldn't leave and that if she refused to answer their questions it would be "worse for her."

Yikes! That does NOT sound like correct police conduct at all!

But we somehow doubt the coppers ever said such things.

We know it's crazy, but we tend to believe law enforcement officials over Lindsay Lohan and her odd choice of lawyer!

How DARE anyone try and break in to Rihanna's California King Sized Bed home…

BUT, some random dude DID dare, as he was CAUGHT wandering around RiRi's Pacific Palisades estate!

Neighbors noticed the stranger's odd presence at the Queen of Diamonds' residence and decided to take action by CONFRONTING the man!

They eventually held him until the cops arrived, and he has since been arrested.

The home invader reportedly claims someone emailed him instructions on how to find and get into Rihanna's house — which obviously worked — but we're unsure if he actually wanted to STEAL anything, or if he was just there in a creepy, pervert kind of way.

We don't believe Rihanna was home at the time seeing as we're pretty sure she's still in Hawaii…

But either way, how effing RUDE. And scary. And skin-crawlingly GROSS.
