Gucci is not taking this lying down!
After a federal judge only rewarded the company $4.7 million in their bitter three-year battle against GUESS on Monday, a lawyer for Gucci says that they were shocked with the "surprisingly low" outcome.
Uh, yeah! After all, they were asking for a whopping $221 million in damages after alleging that GUESS copied their diamond "G" pattern and signature red and green strip on one of their shoe styles.
So, now Gucci is going to try to get their money elsewhere. They've just filed similar lawsuit$ overseas in China, Italy, and France.
Will this ever end???

And the paws go up!!
After tons of claims from Madonna fans that Lady GaGa has been copying her from day one, Madgesty finally addresses it in detail once and for all.
And we're not talkin' a cute smirk or any hinting here… oh no. She FULL ON talks about it!!
But of course, as you all know, we love them BOTH!! And similarities or not, they both bring something new to the table.
That being said, our clock is ticking for M.D.N.A. !! We want it NOW!!!
But while we all wait, press that play button .. it's a must-see!!!

Givenchy has filed a lawsuit against BCBG Max Azria, accusing the label of knocking off one of their most popular handbags.
The suit filed in Los Angeles, Givenchy claims BCBGeneration's Rembrandt is a deliberate copy of their Nightingale purse all the way down to the stitching.
Even thought the French fashion house doesn't have a design patent on the bag, they're still seeking damages and an injunction against BCBG Max Azria that would prevent them from making any more knock offs.
Think they have a case???

If you watched Thursday night's episode of Project Runway, you were probably disappointed that the so called "cheating accusations" turned out to be a whole lotta nothing.
Fear not, because there's a new controversy brewing!
This week the designers were asked to make three looks for Heidi Klum's New Balance clothing line.
Heidi ended up choosing all three of contestant Andy South's designs, which included a hoodie that looked strikingly similar to lululemon athletica's logo.
Someone at New Balance must have noticed the similarity as well because the original designs have been altered since the taping.
Inneresting.
What do U think? Should Andy have won if he copied???
