It's official! Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are definitely not giving their baby a run-of-the-mill name.
Rumor has it Kimye are planning to copyright their baby's name before birth to make sure they retain all rights- and don't have to go through the same trouble their friends Jay-Z and Beyoncé did when they trademarked Blue Ivy.

Budweiser is a pretty well known beer brand.
It's known all over the world!
But in some parts of the world, if you order a Budweiser you might get a full bodied beer from a small brewer in the Czech Republic.
That's because Anheuser-Busch and Budejovicky Budvar have been both selling "Budweiser" beer for over 100 years!!

50 Cent isn't denying the fact that he sampled a song called Love Gonna Pack Up and Walk Out by The Persuaders, but he doesn't think that he can be sued for it either.
The rapper is asking a judge to dismiss a lawsuit from a man named Robert Poindexter, who's accusing him of using the soul tune without permission to create Redrum, a track he handed out to fans for free online.
50 is denying any copyright infringement and doesn't even think Poindexter actually owns the rights to the song in the first place.

Since the trademark is so specific
