It looks fairly similar, don't it?? We wonder if Undefeated would have the grounds to sue TV shows that have shots showing the same tally marks on the walls… just sayin'.

Someone's got some explaining to do!

If you've found yourself wondering what Jon Bon Jovi has been up to lately, then you can go ahead and put your mind at ease.

That's because it was announced on Sunday that the rocker is creating a reality show about washed up rock stars trying to survive in the real world.

If I Wasn't A Rock Star was supposed to be a joint production between The Weinstein Co. and Dimension Films, but there's just one problem… someone already came up with the same idea for a show way back in 2008!

Seth MacFarlane & Ted Win Their Copyright Court Case! F*ck Yeah!!!

It turns out Ted was straight outta Seth MacFarlane's twisted head after all!

The Family Guy creator won a big copyright lawsuit on Monday when he proved his rightness so hard, that the other side gave up.

Bengal Mangle Productions sued Fuzzy Door Productions, Media Rights Capital, and Universal Pictures in July over the rights of the teddy bear Ted. They claimed that their character, Charlie, was "a teddy bear who lives in a human, adult world with all human friends. Charlie has a penchant for drinking, smoking, prostitutes, and is a generally vulgar yet humorous character." Sounds like Ted…

But Seth and his people proved the suit was without merit, and the case was dropped. The court docs said:

Doesn't seem like he thinks he'll end up in the same boat as Pharrell Williams and Robin Thicke.

But that doesn't mean T.I. won't have to show up to court to defend himself!

The rapper was recently named in a new lawsuit from Marvin Gaye's family who want the ruling judge to "correct" their decision to include not just Pharrell and Thicke in their Blurred Lines lawsuit but T.I. and all of the music labels involved, as well!

But T.I. recently shared his feelings on being named in this copyright infringement case and it sounds like he's pretty secure in the knowledge that he didn't steal anything and thus does NOT owe anybody anything!

Paris Hilton Is Sniffing Sweet Victory In A Perfumed Court Case! Get The Scented Deets HERE!

paris win court case perfume

Nothing stinks about this decision!

Paris Hilton has scored an AH-Mazing legal victory against overseas companies who were selling knock off fragrances from her über successful line…

Because she won the court case, y'all!

In 2012, Princess Paris sued UK Fragrances and Z&Z Global Enterprises, accusing them of selling look-a-like perfumes for cold hard cash!

Luckily, the companies didn't respond to the suit, which basically forced a federal court judge to rule in her favor — ordering UK Fragrances to pay Hilton $6,384.31 and Z&Z to pay her $20,952.66, as well as a cease of sales for any products that infringe on her bottle trademarks.

Apparently, the companies used similar packaging to fool people into thinking they were buying a true Paris Hilton original!

They are SO legally blonde busted!
