And the tune's accompanying music video depicts numerous images of real-life, gun related crimes!

Take a look at the harrowing visuals (above).

And while we agree that gun violence is a VERY prevalent issue — not just in the US but internationally — and support any message advocating restrictive gun laws, we cannot help but feel this song simplifies and somewhat trivializes a complex, extremely serious subject.

But hey, they are using creative means to bring light to a a very real problem, and that's pretty effing cool.

Since Ariel Winter, Snoop Dogg's daughter Cori B and Sophia Grace and Rosie are doing their thing to Taylor Swift's I Knew You Were Trouble, it was only a matter of time before MattyB was going to shut it down, and do his version of the song!!

The young star may be a little late in covering Taylor's hit, but we can't take away the fact that he still managed to slay the shiz out of the tune, and as an animated character at that.

Snoop is featured on the track, appropriately titled, Daddy’s Girl.

He raps to Cori B:

Snoop Dogg's 12-year-old daughter Cori B. is a super-talented kid and now she's back with another single!

She came onto the scene a couple months ago with her first single Do My Thang, which is such a catchy tune, and now, her new song SMH is ready to the radio and club scene… Which is funny, considering Cori isn't even old enough to hit the clubs!

Cori talks about releasing her new single:

"I’m really excited to be releasing my second single, 'SMH.' I hope everyone likes it; I had a lot of fun recording 'SMH' and just as much fun shooting the music video! I can’t wait for fans to see that soon!"

We can't wait either!
