The Harvard School of Public Health has determined that men who drink one sugar-sweetened beverage daily have a 20% higher risk of coronary heart disease than men who drink none.
Researchers came to this alarming conclusion even AFTER accounting for risk factors like smoking, sedentary lifestyle, alcohol use and family history.
