A former model who killed, cooked and ate her husband was once again denied parole on Wednesday.

During the 5 hour hearing, Omaima Aree Nelson told the parole board she is a changed woman and not the monster prosecutors made her out to be.

She claimed she hit her husband of 3 weeks William Nelson with a lamp and then stabbed him because he was trying to strangle her. Omaima added:
