Joan Rivers is no stranger to controversy, so that just means she's not afraid to smack it down as soon as it comes her way.

In case you missed it, the comedian handcuffed herself to a shopping cart while screaming into a bullhorn at an El Lay Costco on Tuesday. She was protesting the country's fifth largest retailer because it decided to ban her newest book, I Hate Everything … Starting with Me.

During the publicity stunt, Rivers compared the company's actions to those of the Nazis by telling news outlets:

Joan Rivers is EVERYTHING!

As we reported earlier today, the author/comic/mother/publicity stunt master lead a protest at Costco for banning her new book I Hate Everything … Starting with Me.

The stunt serious protest involved Rivers dramatically handcuffing herself to a shopping cart at the megastore's Burbank location, and…. actually we don't want to ruin the surprise!!

Any Costco employees who didn't join that pool must be KICKING themselves right now!

20 workers at a Long Island Costco each put in $5 toward the lottery, and the group just won a $201.9 million Powerball jackpot! WOWSA!

The winning employees went for a lump sum payout instead of receiving winnings over a 20-year period, so they'll be bringing home $70.2 million after taxes.

No word yet on whether or not there will be massive job fair at their Costco soon, because the group hasn't decided if they're going to quit their jobs or not.

Here's what winner Kim Karkota had to say about it:

“We’re all dedicated to making our money last, and just to breathe easy and have a happy life."

That's certainly mature thinking, but def do SOMETHING fun with that money too! Perhaps a Hawaii vacation with loved ones?

…OR they could go on a massive shopping spree and buy out EVERYTHING from their Costco! Gotta love those oversized barrels of cheese balls. Ha!

Say Cheese GaGa!

Last we heard about Lady GaGa's polaroid products, she was discussing her role as creative director for Polaroid's specialty lines on CNBC's Closing Bell, and it was clear that she really knew what she was talking about!

Now, we're very excited to announce that GaGa's first Grey Label Polaroid product, the GL10 instant printer, has debuted at NYC's Bloomingdale's!

For those of us who aren't in the NYC area, the printer is currently available for pre-order on the Polaroid website, and it will also be available on HSN and at Costco starting mid-June.

As we said before, we're thrilled that GaGa's found another venue through which she can express her amazing vision!
