Busy Philipps' tummy is obviously growing because she's with child, and granted that breasts also become larger during pregnancy… we never would've thought that Busy's boobs would grow THREE sizes in her first trimester!!

Last month, Busy Philipps let everyone know that she was preggers by posting a pic of her positive pregnancy test on her Twitter.

And while busting out with news like that on a social network isn't too typical, the Cougar Town actress gave us her reasoning behind her tactic.

We knew that Cougar Town's mid-series move from ABC to TBS would most likely warrant some creative changes in the show's format, but nothing this DRASTIC!

Last night's fourth season premiere of the Courteney Cox-helmed comedy series ended with a pretty incredible, Arrested Development-esque look at, ahem, 'what's to come!'

And while the simultaneous pregnancies of multiple characters, same-sex romance, exploding vans, and Charlize Theron-in-Snow White in the Huntman-style transportation methods are all AH-MAZING, it was Michelle Williams' much-discussed , long-anticipated SURPRISE appearance that takes the cake as PRETTY MUCH THE BEST THING EVER!

Ch-ch-check her out as she reunites with her Dawson's Creek co-star and bestie Busy Phillips as the character of Laurie's southern, long-lost foster sister…and the pair shimmy with delight over the deliciousness of cupcakes (above)!

Seriously! We promise you it's the best 15-second cameo we've EVER witnessed!

Ugh! We know from the voice-over that producers haven't decided if ANY of the clips shown will actually become plot points, but good lord, can they PUH-LEEZE work extra hard to get gurlfriend back on?!

If only just for random, 15-second cameos every now and then! That's all we're asking!

Busy Philipps is totally exposing her baby bump- to a national TV audience!

The Freaks And Geeks star was spotted leaving the studios of Good Morning America Monday morning.

She covered up in a fantastic raincoat. It may protect her from the elements, but it does not hide that growing bump!

After the show, Busy went straight to the Meatball Shop to get her carnivore on!

No wonder the bump is growing so fast! Busy is feeding it red meat!

But what do you expect from a resident of Cougar Town, right? LOLz!

We love to see a couple who has split up but can remain friendly.

And Courteney Cox is certainly true BFFs with her ex-husband, David Arquette.

Like the kind that will tell you if you have spinach in your teeth!

The lovely Cougar Town hottie opened up to Ellen DeGeneres about her current relationship status with David (above)!

We have to admit, we're kind of jealous of how they manage to be so awesome all the time. But still, good for them!

It sounds like TBS’ Cougar Town is set to go ALL out this season!

Co-creator of the show, Bill Lawrence, recently shared some season four deets at the Television Critics Association press tour and things are definitely heating up!

So, just what can we expect this time around, with the new season kicking off on Tuesday?

Well, according to Lawrence, there will be TONS of nakedness — including Josh Hopkins sans shirt, Courteney Cox’s cleavage and even an episode revolving around “naked day!”
