No no NO!!! We shan't believe it!

Even though Gwen Stefani enjoyed a lovely 43rd birthday party with her hubby Gavin Rossdale and their adorable children, it seems the pair may be experiencing a lovers quarrel, as they were spotted recently leaving a couple's therapy session looking mighty miffed (above)!

Apparently, the rockstar duo frequent Dr. Adrien Survol Rivin sessions for couples, and either something the good Dr. said greatly annoyed them, or Gwen is SUPER pissed at Gavin, ’cause it's rare to see Gwen without her red-lip framed, radiant smile!

Well, we hope this is just some reconcilable issue and nothing too too serious. You guys have been together forever, and it would be such a sadness to see you end things!

Who knows whether the freshly legal Courtney Stodden and her 52 year-old hubby Doug Hutchison signed onto VH1's reality show for the $$$ or for legit relationship-improving therapy.

Either way, we think they're in for more than they bargained for!

We honestly felt empathy for him and his teen wife; they were on the defensive the entire episode!
