Rob Kardashian May Not Be Able To Drive For THESE Reasons!

Somebody call Rob Kardashian an Uber!

In case you forgot, in January of this year, the KUWTK star drove all the way from Woodland Hills, CA to Austin, TX to pick up girlfriend Blac Chyna after she was arrested for public intoxication.

Unfortunately, the sock designer's road trip also put him in trouble with the law!

On January 30, he was pulled over in New Mexico for speeding. A day later, the reality TV personality received ANOTHER ticket when we drove 107 MPH in a 70 MPH zone near Blythe, CA.

On Tuesday, Kardashian's attorney pleaded — in proxy — not guilty for the speeding ticket and for not displaying a license plate. His next court date is May 20.

To make matters more complicated, his license expired on his birthday March 17. No word whether he got it renewed.

Chyna may have to do the driving from now on!

Gawker Founder Nick Denton Writes A Lengthy Rebuttal To Hulk Hogan's $140 Million Victory: 'We Will Be Vindicated'

Nick Denton is NOT backing down!

As we reported on Monday, Hulk Hogan was awarded $140 million against Gawker Media for posting his sex tape with his former best friend's wife.

On Tuesday, the blog's founder wrote a lengthy post on his website where he plans to fight the verdict.

He said:

"Emotion was permitted to trump the law, and key evidence and witnesses were kept from the jury. We have had our day in trial court, and we lost. We will have our day back in appeals court, and we will be vindicated."

The 49-year-old journalist believes the case wasn't so much about the wrestler's sex life; it was about the racial slurs Hogan said in the footage.

"Hogan filed the claim because he was terrified that one of the other tapes, which memorialized his rant about his daughter dating "fucking n***ers," might emerge. As I have come to learn, Hogan himself put it in a text message to his best friend… days after we published our story: ‘We know there's more than one tape out there and a one that has several racist slurs were told. I have a [pay-per-view special] and I am not waiting for anymore surprises….' I had suspicions, but it is now clear that Hogan's lawsuit was a calculated attempt to prevent Gawker, or anyone else who might obtain evidence of his racism, from publishing a truth more interesting and more damaging than a revelation about his sex life."'

The British writer believes the trial was one-sided from the start.

"The plaintiff's lawyers, with the occasional assist from our witnesses, successfully painted Gawker as representative of an untrammeled internet that good and decent people should find frightening and distasteful."

Last month, a judge ordered the rapper to explain how he was able to show off so much cash on his social media accounts.

On Tuesday, the rapper and his counsel told officials that the cash seen on Twitter and Instagram was totally fake.

But why flaunt it if you don't got it?

On Wednesday, the In Da Club musician's legal team explained that their client shows off his "wealth" because he needs to display a particular image to his fans!

They said:

"He has to keep up his image for the fans. Rap fans, they're poor and they want their idols to be rich and something to look up to."

50 Cent's fans are not going to be happy when they hear this!

People Are Getting Arrested For Not Paying Their Student Loans!

Sallie Mae does not play!

Last week, Paul Aker (pictured above) — a resident of Houston, TX — was sitting at home when the most unexpected thing happened…

SEVEN armed U.S. marshals showed up to his front door and arrested him!

It turns out Aker had an outstanding student loan debt of $1500 that he hadn't payed since 1987. After taking him to jail, authorities took him to federal court and made him sign a payment plan.

He said:

"It was totally mind-boggling."

However, Paul isn't the only person who still needs to cough up dough. In America, over 40 million people have student loans, and in Texas, students owed over $75 billion as of 2014.

This isn't the first time someone has been arrested for such a deed. In 2003, several people in Minnesota were booked as part of "Operation Anaconda Squeeze."
