Charlie Sheen was in court, and apparently bore witness to a shocking report regarding the conditions of Brooke Mueller's house.

No further details are available since the judge presiding over the case has issued a gag order on all parties involved.

We're not 100% sure what was going on in Brooke's house, but we were VERY pleased to hear that Denise Richards was awarded extended custody of Brooke's kids, as expected.

Linds agreed to call Seafield Center in New York home for her court-ordered 90 day rehad stint, but she reportedly refuses to go because they don't allow cigarette smoking.

Even though Linds has less than 24 hours to book it to Seafield, she's apparently prepared to bail on her reservation if they won't let her light up.

After lawyers have made countless failed attempts to convince the rehab crew to make an exception for the troubled princess, they are looking into an alternative facility in Newport Beach, California.

We can't believe all this drama is for Lindsay's guaranteed ticket to Lung Cancer City, but then again what else would we expect!

Gurl better work that or else she REALLY will face time behind the slammer.

We imagine even LIndsay will only get so many chances to get it right!

Madonna is NOT going to be happy about this!

Russia's republic of Mordovia has REJECTED a parole application by imprisoned Pussy Riot member Nadezhda Tolokonnikova.

The 23-year-old peaceful protestor— who is only one of two still jailed of the 11 woman punk-rock collective— has been ordered to complete her two year sentence for charges of "hooliganism motivated by religious hatred" following last year's non-violent demonstration.

While Nadezhda has already completed half of her time in the slammer, many in Hollywood AND AROUND THE WORLD are outraged by the decision.

SO why did Judge Lidiya Yakovleva deny the so-called criminal early release to take care of her 5-year-old child??

Lauryn Hill speaks!!!

It has been reported that Lauryn has BIG problems with the tax man that could land her in the slammer unless the payday from her new record deal saves her from being thrown behind bars, but what does Miss Hill have to say about the matter??

Nicollette Sheridan has a beef with Touchstone Television, as we've previously mentioned.

She brought a wrongful termination suit against Desperate Housewives, but that first case ended in a mistrial.

So now she's finally back on track with a new trial date set!

Nicollette and Touchstone will square off in court once more on December 2nd an LA Superior Court judge ruled.

Now that her court date is set, she can relax and spend time doing other things… like walking her adorbz doggy!!

She was recently spotted walking her pup through Beverly Hills while wearing a nice all white ensemble.

Kinda matches her puppy dog. LOLz!

Apparently, Lauryn Hill and taxes do not mix. But unfortunately for her, that’s not really an option.

The former Fugees singer, who has been looking at three years in prison due to tax evasion, could in fact avoid her time inside thanks to a $1 million Sony record deal.

Lauryn owes close to $504,000 in federal taxes on her $1.8 million income earned between 2005 and 2007. But things were looking up at her Monday proceeding in Newark, New Jersey.

Assistant US Attorney Sandra Moser said that Lauryn’s five song Sony deal could be the solution. Judge Madeline Cox decided to postpone the singer’s sentencing until May 6th, giving her the added time to pay off her taxes. The Judge said:
