DAMN! Maybe Halle Berry's next TV show should be CSI!
The HAWT momma has been in and out of the courtroom fighting with her model baby daddy Gabriel Aubry over custody of their daughter Nahla.

Because the actress believes Gabriel lightened and straightened her gorgeously natural mane so that she would not appear to be African American. Majorly effed up.

We're so tired of these two!
Peter Andre is expected to reveal some explosive details about ex-wife Katie Price AKA Jordan during a court battle later this week.
Pete is suing Jordan for slander and libel and friends say, he's "going to get very messy and very personal."
Jordan is said to be "livid" that all her secrets will be exposed, however Pete is said to be angry over the fact she had been spreading lies about him. According to a friend, he is anxious to pursue legal action against her, including an injunction to keep her quiet.
Pete claims that when Jordan falsely accused him of cheating on her with his longtime manager Claire Powell, Jordan was using the lie as a "calculated move to damage his professional reputation and cause him 'considerable hurt, distress, and embarrassment.'"
Those poor kids! These two should just let bygones be bygones for the sake of the children.

Gary Coleman's parents Sue and Willie Coleman have decided to withdraw their bid of obtaining control over their son's estate.
Their attorney Frederick A. Jackman released this statement:
"From the start, Mr. and Mrs. Coleman’s intention has been to see that Gary’s wishes be honored and that his affairs be taken care of properly. They wanted to do things the right way, and they urge those still involved to do the same. The Colemans ask that everyone please treat Gary with respect and kindness. They feel it is time for him to find peace and let his spirit go."
We're not sure if his estate should be in the hands of his ex-wife Shannon Price either, but according to sources, that's what Gary wanted before he died.
So sad. Still no word on when the funeral will be.
