Gary Busey's Mind Blowing Negative Worth! How Did It Come to THIS?!

gary-busey-450k-debt-bankruptcy point break back taxes

How many decades will it take for Under Siege and Point Break to earn Gary Busey a half mil in residuals!?

That's a question only he and his accountant can answer, though we wouldn't be surprised if they aren't on speaking terms these days!

After declaring bankruptcy in February and spending the last 10 months of his life begging the courts for fiscal mercy, the 68 year-actor found a small reprieve when the judge waved around $50k of his tremendous debt!

That's only a fraction of the problem, however — Gary still owes over $450,000 in state and federal taxes and those burdens will NOT be waived!!

We aren't sure what he might do next, but thankfully he remains in good spirits.

Britney Spears Gets A Break! Sam Lufti Was LYING About Shaving Her Head To Hide Drug Use!

Ten points to GryffinSpears!

After Britney Spears' former manager Sam Lufti dropped some pretty craycray allegations against her, claiming she shaved her head to hide any evidence that she had been abusing drugs (specifically meth, as Lufti claims), it turns out he was lying all along.

Oh yes, Mz. BritBrit gets a break with this one because a video has surfaced from 2010 where Sam is seen casually talking about the infamous head-shaving incident, saying that he actually thought it was "cool" that she took off all her locks.

Not only does he not mention drugs AT ALL, but he goes on to say:

Stonehill College Student Sues School For The Attention Over Roommate's Sexual Romps

Lindsay Blankmeyer twitter photo

When you need some $$$ what do you do? You SUE, You SUE, You SUE!!!

This is just…weird.

Former Stonehill College student Lindsay Blankmeyer is suing the school for $150,000 in damages, claiming that college staff neglected to acknowledge complaints against her former roommates “sexual escapades.”

Apparently, her roommate’s sex adventures were SO distressing to Blankmeyer that she fell into a “deep depression” and had to seek out extensive psychiatric treatment.

BUT when you look at the facts, it seems that this is just another case of jealousy gone WAY TOO FAR.

Let us break it down for you:

Jerry Sandusky's Lawyer Accidentally Gives Out Gay Phone Sex Hotline Number During Press Conference

Joe Amendola sex hotline

LOLz! Talk about a legal blooper!

During a press conference after waiving Jerry Sandusky's right to a preliminary hearing, Joe Amendola was speaking about the unrealistic chance that PSU officials were told of an alleged rape by Mike McQueary and proceeded to do nothing about it.

The conversation prompted the lawyer to quip, "I suggest you dial 1-800-REALITY."

His suggestion may not have been suitable for anyone younger than 18 because, apparently, that's a 99-cent-per-minute gay sex hotline!

We'd like to give a shoutout to Deadspin, the sports blog that made the priceless decision to actually call the number and recorded the hotline's intro, which states:

"Hey guys, welcome to the hottest place for triple-X action. Get ready for bulging, bursting pleasure with horny gay, bi, and bi-curious studs. Just 99 cents per minute."

We bet 1-800-REALITY's phones are ringing off the hook thanks Mr. Amendola's holiday gift of free publicity! Ha!

Dodgers' Season Ticket Holders File Motion To Protect Their Interests

As you may know by now, the Los Angeles Dodgers have been experiencing some financial difficulty and owner Frank McCourt was forced to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy this past summer.

Now the team's faithful followers have filed a motion of their own to protect their interests as McCourt struggles through court proceedings to save his team.

Season ticket holders have filed court documents with the bankruptcy court in Delaware to establish a formal committee of more than 17,000 season ticket holders.

Since some have poured up to $150,000 a year into the team, their goal is to make sure Dodger funds are being used for what they consider the most important part of the "fan experience".

Basically, they want to make sure any money McCourt gets is used appropriately, for instance, to acquire new players, meet payroll, renovate the stadium, and operate concessions.

After a Giants fan suffered a brutal beating outside the stadium, the documents emphasize the need for increased security.

Sources report that if the motion is approved, they may have a voice in future decisions about the team.

Lindsay's Probation Report Reveals She Tested POSITIVE For Alcohol In February!

Filed under: Lindsay LohanDrugsLegal MattersSad SadRehab

lindsay-lohans-probation-report-reveals-relapse

Wow. She really cannot stop herself, can she?

All the more reason she needs to be MONITORED for quite some time - and CLOSELY!

According to Lindsay Lohan's probation report, which was filed in late February during her grand theft trial, her officer revealed that not only is "substance abuse is the root of the defendant's problems," but that the formerly hard-pAArtying actress test positively for alcohol on February 8th of this year - only a month after she left Betty Ford behind!

Furthermore, the report also claims that the night of her alleged attack on the Betty Ford staffer, multiple restaurant, hotel, and nightclub employees confirmed that Lindsay was drinking. She also seems to have a history of shoplifting:

"Defendant has been suspected of similar conduct in other jewelry stores … As a result [the detective in the necklace case] recommends that the defendant … be ordered to serve at least six months in county jail."

At the time the report was filed, she was also listed as taking Trazadone for sleep, Nexium for heartburn, Yaz as birth control, Zoloft for depression, Zyrtec for allergies, and Doxcycline and Zythromax for strep throat.

The report concludes:

"Although the defendant has no record of violence or prior felony convictions, her recent positive test for alcohol use and the allegations in the current matter are troubling in that she continues to violate the law, despite prior grants of probation and county jail time. More severe sanctions may be necessary in order for the defendant to better understand the gravity of her actions. If convicted as charged in the present matter, it would appear that defendant's criminal conduct is increasing in seriousness and severity.
The probation officer of record indicates the defendant has cooperated with the probation department and that she has made progress with her treatment. With the above in mind, it is believed that the defendant may continue to benefit from formal probation supervision and treatment; state prison is not warranted at this time. Nevertheless, if the defendant is convicted of the present charge, she should not escape punishment for her crime. The defendant needs to understand the consequences of her behavior."

Unbelievable.

Clearly, she is an extremely troubled young woman, and we do honestly have concerns that she'll ever truly be able to keep herself out of trouble for long.

Hopefully, this latest ruling can serve as the wake-up call she desperately needs to have, and her probation officer can keep enough tabs on her over the course of the next few years and ensure that she doesn't stray too far from the right path.

You've got a long, difficult road to recovery ahead of you, gurl. We seriously hope you're ready to face those demons.

Stay strong. We're thinking of you.
