The prosecutor was PISSSED!!

For those of you who need to get up to speed, the prosecution had selected a NYC rehab for Lindsay Lohan.

But she checked into a SoCal establishment this morning instead to complete her court order 90 day lockdown.

So today both Mark Heller (the lucky rabbits' foot carrying attorney of Miz LiLo) and the prosecutor faced the judge to give their reports, and the judge was just LOVING his life, LOL!!

Mark was arguing that the judge never actually said LiLo needed the prosecutor's official approval on a location — just one of proper parameters, so he was all like WHAT'S THE BIG EFFING DEAL!?!

To which the judge replied that the problem lies in the fact that the patient-selected rehab was NOT — to their knowledge — one of appropriate parameters. So the judge asked for the docs on the new rehab location and looked them over.

Meanwhile, the prosecutor deemed all of this ENTIRELY inappropriate, as both legal parties worked together to select a list of rehab choice. Basically, he called BULLSH*T on Mark and Lindsay both!

Nothing like throwing your teammates under the bus to try and get back at your ex-wife who has clearly moved on, right?!

After a year and a half of maintaining that he deserves an annulment for his marriage to Kim Kardashian, on the grounds of fraud, Kris Humphries will square off against his soon-to-be-ex-wife in a courtroom on May 6th.

By the time she and her 'lying' hubby Kris Humphries are officially donezo, Baby Kimye will be gearing up for junior high!

We're amazed Kris has been successful in delaying the proceedings so long!

In any event, Kimmy K has quite a year ahead of her!

Between her prego Eggo set to pop, the new living arrangement with Kanye West, an unending divorce trial, and, of course, her reality TV show, she'll never find time to make another sex tape!! LOLz!!

It's no secret that the root of Lindsay Lohan's many problems come from the incredible degree of familial dysfunction in which she was raised, and even now that the troubled, hard-pAArtying starlet is 26 years old, her parents are still engaging in the behavior that has ultimately kept - and continues to keep her - stuck in a dangerous, tragic cycle of self-destruction!

Contrary to what you might be hearing, LiLo will not sign up to become the next star of the UK's Big Brother!

The idea, in fact, is "completely untrue" and totally "nonsense." Homegirl is reportedly way too dependent upon upcoming court dates to confine herself to a solitary British residence!

Once her legal dramz gets sorted out, however, it's possible she'll reconsider the offer. We can't think of too many things that would excite us more than a tangible recording of every word Lindsay utters and action she makes! LOLz!!

On May 5, 2014, all seven lawsuits filed against Cinemark for their alleged lack of proper security will go before U.S. District Judge R. Brook Jackson.

Aurora Century 16 was the site of James Holmes' brutal shooting spree during its infamous midnight screening of The Dark Knight Rises.

Twelve died after James Holmes entered the theater from a back emergency-exit door, and 58 were left wounded.

The massacre, which shocked the nation and brought the issue of gun-control back to the water-cooler, angered many and arguably could have been prevented had proper security been in place, claims the lawsuits.

We can only hope for peace for the families and friends of the victims, and the fortunate ones who did make it out alive that night. Hopefully the judge will help see to it.
