Remember back in August when That's So Raven star Orlando Brown was busted for a DUI with his pregnant gurlfriend in the vehicle with him?

In case you're not up to speed, he managed to strike a plea deal, for which he avoided doing time in jail, but in order to do so, he was required to complete an alcohol education program!

Well, guess what?

Busted With Drugs! Teen Mom 2 Star Violates Her Probation!

Just another wonderful example she's setting for her child!

Many would think that Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans got off easy last year when she pled guilty to drug paraphernalia charge for breaking into an abandoned house and toking up - and still only ended up with community service and a stint in rehab!

However, she apparently really likes to push her luck, because she has violated the terms of her probation after testing positive for THC, hasn't paid her court fees, and has yet to attend her post-rehab required aftercare!

Miley Cyrus Insists Alcohol Is 'Way More Dangerous' Than Weed! Shares Her New Priorities As An Adult & Artist!

Perhaps Amanda Bynes would have been better off giving Miley Cyrus her bong!

The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.

Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:

"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."

That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:

"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."

She added:

"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."

Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...

As for her transition from Disney teen idol to mature pop star, she said:
