As the preliminary hearing against Dr. Conrad Murray for the murder of Michael Jackson started up, many of the pop star's family members made their way to the courthouse this morning, including Katherine, Joe, La Toya, and Janet (above).

Our thoughts are with them during this difficult ordeal.

We can't imagine it must be easy to have to sit and relive such a horrible tragedy.

Check out the video (above) to see Oksana and her lawyer give a press conference outside the Downtown L.A. Courthouse.

They're claiming that Oksana should be allowed to retain her computer and not have it searched without reason.

They also reiterate their statement that Oksana never made any attempt at extortion.
