A north Florida woman named Kimberly Losurdo is facing child abuse charges after a 9-year-child confused a piece of crack cocaine with candy… and unfortunately ate it!!

The poor kiddy apparently ate the crack rock on Christmas day, and while blood tests revealed that she did indeed eat the substance, she has been sick ever since.

Rumors surfaced that good-time Charlie was back to his old habits, abusing crack-cocaine and and showering hookers with fancy vaginal surgeries.

While denying those allegations outright, Charlie's peeps are redirecting attention toward legit medical concerns.

They say a severe ear infection caused him to miss work on the set of Anger Management.

The actor has a history of nasty ear problems and he is back at work today, so we will continue to give Charlie the benefit of the doubt!

But wondrous news for crack-cocaine/heroine addict Pete, who jetted off to a rehabilitation center in Chiang Mai, Thailand, with the ultimate goal of FULLY conquering his demons.

This means that Pete will NOT be attending T in the Park in Scotland, Rock for the People in Czech Republic or Superbock Superrock in Portugal.

Oh, we hope hope HOPE he can finally get those insatiable cravings under control, at least for the sake of his two children!
