Obviously, fans of Bob (real name George Harvey), were quite disturbed by the news. While people knew the man suffered from years of crack abuse, everyone thought those days were behind him.

Now sources are hinting all those years of drugs did him in and left lasting side effects. G.H.'s father claims the comedian suffered from heart attacks, strokes, seizures, and high blood pressure for years despite giving up crack.

Just weeks before his death, George said he "felt weak" and was admitted to the hospital on January 18. Harvey's family became alarmed when he missed a follow-up appointment on January 20 and that's when they decided to do a welfare check.

What an unfortunate situation. It's too bad Harvey wasn't able to curb his symptoms.

Our thoughts go out to his loved ones and friends.
