What on EFFING Earth?!
We're used to hearing some pretty BIZARRE rumors about Britney Spears..but this DEFINITELY has to take holiday cake!
The pop sensation may be said to be struggling in her relationship to Jason Trawick, but according to The National Enquirer, her past marriage to ex-husband and baby daddy Kevin Federline is about to get a whole lot more contentious…because the back-up-dancer turned wannabe rapper's brother Christopher is now claiming to be the ACTUAL father of seven-year-old Sean Preston!
And that's just the tip of CRAZY iceberg!
Christopher reportedly filed for a temporary restraining order against Brit Brit earlier this month in Tampa, Florida, because he claimed

Sounds like the dramz in Usher’s life has been doing anything but diminishing…!
As we previously reported, Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Raymond have been caught up in an ongoing custody battle over their kids Usher V and Naviyd, despite Kile's tragic death last month.
Now it’s sounding like Usher was called out in court for contempt, after he cancelled Tameka’s Saks Fifth Avenue credit card, which was in his name!
Although the account was closed last year, the court has now ordered Usher to open it back up again for Tameka to use for her job as a stylist!
The court also granted Tameka $1,300 for some past nanny fees, which Usher was supposedly meant to cover.
As for the actual custody and child support battle??
Guess that’ll take a bit more time, as the judge has yet to fully sort THAT mess out!

There are some things you just shouldn't post on Facebook. Like a restaurant receipt signed by Peyton Manning with a VERY generous tip!
That's exactly what one server at the The Angus Barn in Raleigh, North Carolina did and that bragging gesture cost him or her a job.
The quarterback, who did not play last season due to a back injury, left the lucky server a $200 tip

A FitPerez.com reader is in some serious credit card debt. So, they asked life coach Dr. J how they can still buy nice things and have a social life without breaking the bank:
My credit card bills keep growing but I don't feel like I am spending that much. I like to shop, but who doesn't? And my friends and I go out to eat or for drinks a few times a week. I don't feel like there are that many costs I can cut but something has to change because I'm trying to save up for a new car. How do people have so many nice things without going broke?
This is what Dr. J has to say:
Some people create their own LUCK. They "Labor Under Correct Knowledge." They look for the right opportunities, and almost more important, they know when they find them. Other people possess the Hunger-to-Have, and that gives them the energy to create their opportunities. However you get there, that extra effort helps slide open doors that you may not have noticed previously. Your opportunity to set goals and achieve them is here! Do you have the fortitude to open the right door? Starting a saving system takes serious discipline when you keep shopping and spending with your friends. Perhaps it's time to commit to designer duds, dinner, and drinks once a week vs. a few times a week. That small change can make it possible to flirt with your goal of being in the seat of your driving desire. But I'm sure you want to do more than flirt! The only way you are going to Muscle-Up your Money and grow your savings is to be a Conscious Collector of Cash. Manifest a Money Makeover Plan. Seek out Solutions to Save. Prioritize your profits and learn how to become thrifty at the appropriate times. The sooner you take action and change your current spending habits, the sooner you will be in the driver's seat…of that new car and your life. Consider this, "It's not about what YOU drive. It's about what drives YOU!" In your case, both apply!
If you've got a question about how to handle something bothering you in life, shoot us an email or ask the doctor himself @AskDocJ on Twitter!

She's got something to say about this!

A customer who dined at the restaurant owned by RHOBH's Lisa Vanderpump is claiming that someone at the restaurant changed the tip amount on her credit card receipt.
Judy Spires says she was extremely unhappy with the food and service at Villa Blanca and only left a 10% tip on a $50 dollar check.
She's shown proof that she only left a $5 tip, however, when she looked at her bank statement, an additional two dollars was added to the final amount.

No, you still should not be putting those dollar, dollar billz anywhere near your face! LOLz!
However, a recent study analyzing the shopping habits of those who use cash at grocery stores instead of credit or debit has found that they are less likely to buy "unhealthy" food.
Published in the Journal of Consumer Research, the study sampled receipts of 1,000 loyal shoppers at a Northeastern supermarket chain over a 6 month period and analyzed what they bought and how they paid.
The researchers discovered those using cash were more likely to stick to their shopping list, while credit and debit card spenders bought more on impulse.
Basically, credit and debit shoppers are more likely to give into their taste buds when passing through the bakery section and come home with a dozen donuts instead of a dozen carrots!
This research only stresses the importance of never shopping for food on an empty stomach and always sticking to a list of healthy options when visiting the grocery store.
