Not cool!!!

A customer who dined at the restaurant owned by RHOBH's Lisa Vanderpump is claiming that someone at the restaurant changed the tip amount on her credit card receipt.

Judy Spires says she was extremely unhappy with the food and service at Villa Blanca and only left a 10% tip on a $50 dollar check.

She's shown proof that she only left a $5 tip, however, when she looked at her bank statement, an additional two dollars was added to the final amount.

Can Cash Keep You Healthy?

Dollar billz

No, you still should not be putting those dollar, dollar billz anywhere near your face! LOLz!

However, a recent study analyzing the shopping habits of those who use cash at grocery stores instead of credit or debit has found that they are less likely to buy "unhealthy" food.

Inneresting!

Published in the Journal of Consumer Research, the study sampled receipts of 1,000 loyal shoppers at a Northeastern supermarket chain over a 6 month period and analyzed what they bought and how they paid.

The researchers discovered those using cash were more likely to stick to their shopping list, while credit and debit card spenders bought more on impulse.

Basically, credit and debit shoppers are more likely to give into their taste buds when passing through the bakery section and come home with a dozen donuts instead of a dozen carrots!

This research only stresses the importance of never shopping for food on an empty stomach and always sticking to a list of healthy options when visiting the grocery store.

Google Wallet Replacing That Thing In Your Back Pocket

Google wallet

Hate losing your wallet? Well, this news is making it sound like wallets will soon be obsolete, so you may be losing it permanently.

Google, Inc. is launching a trial-based Google Wallet payment system this summer, which customers living in San Francisco and New York can utilize if they have a Google Nexus S 4G.

Called a "single-tap" solution, shoppers should be able to pay with a single tap of their phone on a payment terminal, or a swipe past it.

Neat-O!

Too bad it's actually more of a "double-tap, followed by a signature" solution since a Google exec had to tap TWICE, then sign on the screen of the terminal to make a purchase during the demo in NYC on Thursday.

Two WHOLE taps? That really takes the "O" out of "neat-O"! Ha!

While Google assures us it is more secure than a credit or debit card, there are still some pros and cons to this new technology.

Pro: You're wallet will never be stuffed with too many dollar bills or receipts to fit in your pocket again!

Con: If you drop this wallet in the toilet you may not have another method of payment to buy another one. LOLz!

We'll probably stick to our water-proof credit card for now, but it sounds like that ancient piece of plastic may not be around much longer because every company and their mother is developing similar technology.

Would U rather just swipe your smart phone than use a credit or debit card?

Warrant Issued For Former American Idol Contestant's Arrest!

warrant-issued-for-chikezie-eze-arrest-regarding-cologne-charges

And to think - all of this over effing cologne!

A bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of former American Idol contestant Chikezie Eze, after he failed to show up at a January 14th court hearing regarding his arrest last year, for - how could we forget? - attempting to buy cologne with a phony credit card!

As if this story can't get any more ridiculous, the judge who issued the warrant is none other than Lindsay Lohan's former BFF, Marsha Revel!

Uh-oh! This guy should NOT have messed with her!

We know all about her tolerance for bull shiz!

This ain't gonna be pretty! LOLz!

Kardashian Kard Kosts Krazy $$$

kardashian kard is hard to keep up with

Sure, it would be kool to karry around the pre-paid Kardashian Kard…but is it kost effective?

There's a lot of skepticism out there about this kard because of all the fees associated with it.

The Kardashian Kard costs $99.95 to use for 12 months, and there's a card purchase fee of $9.95 AND monthly fees of $7.95.

Sounds like it's kind of expensive to keep up with the Kardashian Kard!

Here are some of the other costs associated with the Kard:

-$1 fee to add money to the kard

-$1.50 to speak with a live operator

-$2 per transaction for automatic bill pay

Guess the big question is whether or not these extra fees are a lesser evil than the drama/fees/debt potential associated with credit cards.

What do U think about the Kardashian Kard?

SuBo Loves Life Without A Credit Card

susan boyle loves her weekly allowance

Susan Boyle loves the fact that her parents manager keeps her on a strict allowance.

Despite the fact that SuBo has accrued over $15 million, she is only given $450 a week to survive on…and she's happy with it.

Here's what Susan had to say about her allowance:

"I'm quite happy with that amount. I chose it for myself. It's a good way of doing things. It keeps everything in order. I get what I need when I want it."

More from Susan:

"I don't want a credit card, oh no! I'd be like a baby in a sweet shop. I'm happy the way I am. I've never been a big spender anyway. It's nice, all the luxury. But it's nicer to stay grounded. I need my roots. If you don't have that, you lose your sense of balance, you see."

Respectable? Yes. Responsible? Yes. Fun? Questionable.

If U had $15 million in your bank account, would U give yourself a strict allowance?
