Welcome to the latest saga of Lindsay Lohan's legal woes!

Attorney Mark Heller represented an absent LiLo in court on Friday to handle concerns before the actual trial on March 18.

Facing probation violation and jail-time, Linds' upcoming trial is based on the misdemeanor charges stemming from her June PCH crash, where it is believed that she was driving recklessly and then lied to the police. If the judge determines she violated her probation from the 2011 theft case, it's NOT gonna be a happy day for Lohan!

In court Friday, a new judge appeared in the saga — James R Dabney.

OH HAI JUDGE DABZ!

Off-put by Heller's incompetence (he noted that Heller has no background in criminal law, much less California law), Dabz says Linds either has to get another lawyer or come in to court to waive her right to a competent CA lawyer. The judge continued his reasoning behind this by saying if Heller wanted to raise concerns, he didn't have to raise formal motions. And basically, everything Heller was doing — such as the paperwork — was completely out of whack!

Cee-Lo Green has been accused of sexually assaulting an out-of-state woman at an El Lay sushi restaurant and it's turning into a he said, she said type of conflict.

Now the anonymous woman claims says that The Voice judge drugged her drink at dinner and then when she regained consciousness, she was naked in bed with him.

Cee-Lo, of course, is vehemently denying any and all allegations.

The woman's legal team, however, says he admits to giving her ecstasy during a recorded phone call that the LAPD asked her to make.

No huge shocker here! As we said back in November, the Jackson estate was happy with Conrad Murray's sentencing!

Yesterday, Judge Michael Pastor announced that he would be denying restitution to Michael Jackson's family with regards to Dr. Murray's criminal case…because they didn't seek it.

Oh, for goodness sake! This girl is just TROUBLE.

Montana Fishburne reportedly not only duped her father, Laurence Fishburne, but also her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, when she was recorded apparently drinking what was thought to be bleach, but ultimately was just a horrible hoax!

According to sources, Laurence hired a private investigator to follow his daughter around last August because he was so concerned for her well-being. However, she soon caught on to him, and drank the 'bleach' "to put on a show."

However, when lawyer Holley discovered the video, she attempted to use it in her client's ongoing criminal assault case to prove that Montana was batshit and wanted the prosecutor to convince him to get a plea deal that involved rehab instead of jail time.

However, according to legal documents, the prosecutor was less than convinced, and wrote that the video "was just a ploy by the defendant to manipulate the People to offer a more lenient sentence."

Meanwhile, it was only AFTER Holley sent in the tape that she realized it was all phoney, and even notified the prosecutor!

Geesh! So much for the rehab deal!

It's pretty bad if even your LAWYER has to own up to your nonsense!

Unfortunately, we have a feeling that things are not looking good for Miz Montana! But maybe it's for the best, and some time behind bars can help her put her life choices in perspective for her.

Finally!

Things might actually - dare we say it? - be turning around for Lindsay Lohan!

In light of the actress' much debated alleged assault against a staffer at the Betty Ford Center a month before her release, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden Fox reviewed her criminal file regarding the incident, and has determined to take no immediate action against her!

However, if the Riverside District Attorney DOES decide to press charges, Fox may be forced to give the file a second look!

A source explains:

"Judge Fox read the report, and put it back in Lohan's file. Right now, based on what he has read, he won't be taking any action against Lindsay. Judge Fox is waiting to see what, if any, charges Lindsay will face in connection with the incident at Betty Ford. If she is charged, he will take immediate action. Lindsay is scheduled to appear in front of Judge Fox on February 25th for a progress report hearing. At the last hearing, Judge Fox told her if she cleaned up her act and completed rehab, she would be taken off supervised probation, which would mean no more random drug tests, among other things. Lindsay is almost there, the only thing that could change that is if Lindsay is charged by the DA in Riverside, or if she violates other terms of her probation before February 25th. Lindsay received a glowing discharge letter from Betty Ford, which Judge Fox also has in the file by now. Lindsay's counselors conveyed how impressed they were with the progress she made at Betty Ford, and her commitment to her sobriety."

Let's hope for her sake, and everyone else's, that nothing more comes from this silly incident!

Everyone connected to her has commented on how well she's doing, she LOOKS much healthier, and even the staffer doesn't want to press charges!

Let this silly case go! We're tired of hearing about LiLo drama!

WTF?! This guy's worried about Facebook when he's up to THAT shit?!

Rev. Cedric Miller, a New Jersey pastor and leader of Living Word Christian Fellowship Church, gained notoriety this week when he called the social networking website a "portal to infidelity" and demanded that married church leaders delete their accounts or resign.

However, this guy has no business discussing infidelity, because in 2003, he and his wife were involved in a three-way sexual relationship with a male church assistant!

The pastor was forced to confirm the relationship during his testimony in a 2003 criminal case against the aforementioned assistant.

Again. WTF??

Shady shady!

We think that this guy probably needs to spend less time worrying about the dangers of Facebook, and more time thinking about the REAL Holy Trinity! LOLz!
