She's in the clear!
Although the alleged 'intimate' video between Jennifer Lopez and her ex-husband, Ojani Noa, was reported to be stolen yesterday by the co-executive producer of the project ideally featuring the footage, Ed Meyer, he was ordered into a courtroom Wednesday and forced to return the video to the singer's attorney, Jay Lavely.
As we've posted, Noa's current girlfriend, Claudia Vazquez, was in possession of the tape before Meyer allegedly took the data drive from her house without permission, so her lawyer, Cris Armentia, sent him a letter that demanded that he not only appear in court to return the contents, but also that he delete any files he may have on his own hard drive featuring the content in question.
Damn! They're not messing around!
Too bad, so sad!
We'll be curious to see if this footage actually stays buried!
