It's amazeballs!
At least, that's what Todd McCarthy from the Hollywood Reporter is saying, along with Justin Chang of Variety.
So are 9 other critics which have unanimously given glowing reviews to give the conclusion of Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy a 100% on Rotten Tomatoes.
The Avengers was the summer's biggest hit so far with a $613.5 million at the U.S. box office, but critics aren't afraid to admit that what The Dark Knight Rises may end up lacking in box office numbers, it will certainly make up for in quality. Here's what McCarthy had to say:

Time for the critics to get a 'lil critique from Johnny Depp!
Back when he and Natalie Portman spent their time working on a lil' sign language for Paul McCartney's My Valentine videos, some said their signs could easily be misinterpreted.
They said Natalie was saying "tampon" instead of "appear" and Johnny was actually calling his valentine his "enemy."
And since the videos were clearly being entered in the Sign Language Contest of the Universe, they had be to be 200% correct! No excuses!! Ha!
Well! Word finally got back to ole Johnny!! And according to him:

Oh Honey, why?! You’ve been looking SO lovely lately!
But, it seems Christina Aguilera just can't get over her Lady Marmalade days.
The Queen of note-sliding has evidenced her love of couture leotard/underwear ensembles, fishnets, uber-face paint and big ‘effin hairstyles on The Voice, but after recent criticism, Xtina has toned down the excessiveness, looking rather gorgeous…
Until now!
On last night’s episode of The Voice, Chrissie’s signature fishnets returned, along with

In his new movie, we mean.
James Franco wrote, directed, produced and starred in a movie called The Broken Tower.
It's a biopic about the American poet Hart Crane who committed suicide when he was 32 by jumping off of a steamship.
The film has gotten lot of negative critical attention, especially around a blow job scene where he performs oral sex on a man. But bring on the haterade — James can totally take it! He explained in a new interview:

Chris Brown's song Turn Up The Music may be the highest charting single of his career in the UK.
The highest he had previously achieved was number 2 back in 2006 with his song Run It!
Even though the song is pretty tame, some critics are calling it controversial ever since Rihanna did a remix of it.
Rihanna said:
