If you're Bobby Brown, that means you're going to prison — for 55 days!

Bobby was handcuffed and led out of Los Angeles court to jail to start his sentence for an October arrest in Studio City, stemming from a DUI… but if you think that 55 days is a long time, never fear: California overcrowding is here!

If you're tired of seeing celebs get a slap on the wrist because of jail overcrowding, you're not going to be very happy to know that Bobby might only actually spend nine days in the slammer because of that very reason. Oh, and good behavior, we can't forget that! LOLz!

Not only was he nabbed for the DUI, but he was also driving on a suspended license.
