"This week's column is about prints baby!

I saw the most gorgeous prints on the runway for Spring and was completely captivated by Milly by Michelle Smith. I know there is the myth that curvy girls should never wear stripes and bold prints, but I think you should be able to wear whatever makes you happy! So, I wanted to show curvy girls where they could score runway prints in sizes 12+.

Kimora Lee Simmons is upset over a story where she's quoted saying she lost 25 pounds by "not eating".

So, like any other celebrity, she took to her blog to make it crystal clear that she did it in a healthy way.

KSL writes:

I just wanted to take a moment to address a story about my recent weight loss that began circulating today. This story led people to believe that I shed 25 lbs by not eating, which is completely ridiculous. I am a mother of three young children, two of whom are girls and I’m trying to raise them with a healthy body image. It’s taken me almost a year to lose close to 25 lbs and I did it through healthy diet and exercise. So yes, I’m a bit smaller, but still curvy and 100% healthy and proud of my body and the time it has taken me to undergo this personal journey for myself. I’m not one of those “superstar moms” who lost all their baby weight in a week. So, yes, I’m upset about the innuendo because I just can’t win. In the past year there have been numerous rumors about my weight — first I was attacked for being a size 10, now I’m anorexic? I’m a real woman and I represent real women. I believe that people are beautiful at any size, color or weight. The way this article was promoted is unfortunate — what a silly way to sensationalize a story, especially when you know young people will be reading it. There must be more accountability in reporting, especially considering the far reaching impact on girls and young women who are exposed to this kind of misleading information on a daily basis. What kind of example is that setting for them?

We're glad she did the responsible thing by clarifying her original statement and for being healthy!

Vivienne Westwood might not be a fan of Kate Middleton, but she does like Christina Hendricks.

The curvy actress is the new face of Vivienne Westwood's Get a Life palladium jewellery collection.

And Hendricks is thrilled for her new role as she claims to be a longtime fan.

Reveals the gorgeous redhead:

"It was a great honour for me to be asked to represent the Get a Life palladium jewellery collection. I admire that Vivienne uses her designs to inspire change and the pieces are just so wonderful. The pieces really sparkle under the lights and I cannot wait to wear them on the red carpet."

Looks like the feeling is mutual as Westwood reveals about Hendricks:

"Christina is the embodiment of beauty and we were delighted to have been able to involve her with this new jewellery collection. Her style is just so complimentary to my designs. She has proved to be the perfect model for the campaign".

And we agree!

The collection is inspired by nature as well as by signs of paganism like the acorn, oak tree and the heart which are said to ”represent strength, power and hope for change to make the environment better for the future.”

We think it's about time to retire "plus-size model" when speaking about Crystal Renn.

There's definitely nothing plus-size left about her — except for maybe her hair.

The former curvaceous model is featured in the February 2011 issue of Vogue Germany. And while Miz Renn looks beautiful as usual, we’re sure a lot of attention will be on her curves, or lack there of.

We’re all about being healthy, and if Renn has started a regimen of eating right and working out, then good.

But we hope not to see her lose too much weight.

We like our Renn curvy and confident!
