When will the madness stop?!?!
Despite the temporary agreement reached between Adrienne Maloof and her soon-to-be-ex husband, Dr. Paul Nassif - the latter of the two isn't finished with the legal fight. Not by a long shot!
After an increasingly volatile legal battle, it appears that Adrienne Maloof and her soon-to-be-ex husband, Dr. Paul Nassif, have finally resolved their child custody issues - and out of court, no less!
But even though the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star's child abuse claims against her former man were determined to be false, he is still only being granted visitation rights…because he was afraid of the less-than-favorable TRUE details of his personal life coming out during hearings!
A source close to the pair explain:
WOW. Someone cleaned out!
We reported last month that after almost two years of legally trying to rip each other's throats out over custody and financial support, Melissa Etheridge and her ex, Tammy Lynn Michaels, had reached a settlement in their domestic partnership split. It appears that the latter ended up receiving quite a significant chunk of change…in royalties from the rock star's music!
That right, under the terms of the agreement, Tammy walks away with 50% of the royalties from
We never thought we'd see the day! Thank GOODNESS!
After the vicious and public war of words between the two, Kelsey and Camille Grammer have finally ended their legal war over their two children by agreeing to joint custody - and they've apparently done so amicably!
According to sources, 10 year old Mason and 7 year old Jude will live with Camille in El Lay, while Kelsey will maintain "meaningful contact" with them!
And even crazier yet, their money issues are ALSO almost resolved, and could be settled very shortly!
Wow! What kind of crazy Twilight Zone have we fallen into?!
No matter, we're just happy this is finally happening, for the sake of the children!
Now maybe this will be the incentive Camille needs to STAY ON REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS!
Please, gurl! We'll be lost without you!

But it's not like the kid is getting handed off to anyone better, if you ask us!
Teen Mom star Amber Portwood has officially lost custody of her daughter, Leah, for the second time. A judge in Indiana decided this morning that Leah's father, Gary Shirley, will now take primary custody of the child.
However, the twist in this story is that the judge DID NOT strip Amber of her custody rights because he found her to be an unfit mother. Actually, CPS stepped in and insisted that Leah be relocated after Amber's house and car were vandalized. Their concern is that Amber's current living arrangements are unsafe for Leah. Amber will have visitation rights, though no official schedule has been drawn up yet.
Hey, teen mom! Time to upgrade to some nicer digs. We know how much you make, so don't even play like you don't have the $$$ to get a nicer place.

For the sake of those poor children, we really hope that this isn't true.
Friends of Charlie Sheen's estranged wife, Brooke Mueller, have apparently become concerned about her sobriety after she apparently called various friends this morning begging for them to give a urine sample to a El Lay testing facility in her name!
As we've reported, both Sheen and Mueller are legally required to submit to random drug testing three times a month, as part of the custody agreement for their twin sons. However, according to sources, when the latter discovered early today that the time had once again come, she began frantically trying to find anyone who could cover for her!
The insider explains:
"Brooke admitted to relapsing. She hasn't been returning calls, which usually means she's using. She's absolutely freaked out that this potential dirty test could result in her losing custody of their 2-year-old twins (Bob and Max) to Charlie. Brooke knew that if she used drugs again, Charlie could get full custody of them."
Meanwhile, according to a legal source:
"There is a very real chance that Brooke could lose custody of the boys if the test does come back positive."
Again, all we can really say is - those poor children. They aren't going to know what stability looks like if it gets thrown in their faces.
We really do pray for their well-being, and as little interaction with their parents as possible until they get their issues sorted out.
