And no one's surprised.
Those Skechers Shape-Ups that Kim Kardashian used to endorse is now at the center of a lawsuit between the shoe company and the Federal Trade Commission.
Just like Reebok, the FTC has ruled the shoe company's so-called clinical studies that "proved" their sneakers helped people lose weight and strengthen their butt, leg, and stomach muscles were a bunch of hooey and now they've gotta pay up!
Skechers has agreed to shell out $40 million in settlement costs and anyone who purchased Shape-Ups are eligible for a refund.
However, Skechers is determined to prove their sneakers are legit and are already planning to conduct more research.

Love him or hate him, it's hard not to smile when Barack Obama is around.
You want proof? Check out all these pictures (below) of people in a Boulder, Colorado burger joint smiling their faces off in his presence.
The President stopped into a restaurant called The Sink for lunch on Tuesday afternoon while he was in town to give a speech and took the time to talk to EVERY single human being who was in there.
Apparently, one girl got so excited, she accidentally spilled yogurt on his pants, but it didn't even phase him. The Commander in Chief explained:
"She got very excited and spilled yogurt on me … Getting yogurt on the president, you've got a story to tell!"
We'd say all those people have a story to tell and they will reflect pretty positively on the politician who is fighting for another term in the oval office.

We bet the Biebs was just icing on the cake after taking care of their skin issues!
Oh, Spirit Airlines! You never cease to disappoint us!
To recap, Spirit became the first American airline to charge a fee for carry-on baggage back in 2010. Ugh.
Then, back in June we heard the LAME news that the airline had plans to start charging $5 for boarding passes printed out by Spirit agents EACH WAY.
They had said that they wouldn't charge anything extra if you check in online or print your own boarding pass…but it looks like they're making up for that with new added fees!
That's right, folks! The airline has just announced that they'll start charging NEARLY $34 in fees to buy tickets online!!!!!! WTF!!!!!
Wait for it…wait for it….okay Netflix competitors! Go! Go! Go!
In the latest chapter of Netflix's Downward Spiral, the company has officially lost 800,000 U.S. subscribers in the third quarter! Wow.
Apparently, that's 210,000 more subscribers than Netflix had projected they'd lose. Wow X2.
The company's shares have now
BECAUSE. YOU. STILL. RAISED. PRICES. BY. SIXTY. PERCENT.
Tell us, Netflix! Was this whole Qwikster thing some sort of diversion to take the focus off the price hike, so that when you decided to remain as one single service, we'd be so relieved that we'd forget we're paying WAY too much money for your service??? If so, we're sorry but it didn't work.
Netflix stock prices hit a 52-week low yesterday, and they closed down 4.8%, once people realized they were still being charged absurd prices by the formerly awesome company.
Here's what Janney Montgomery Scott analyst Tony Wible had to say about it:
