After cutting herself with the kitchen knife, Miley Cyrus was rushed to the emergency room Monday night with the aid of hunky loverboy Liam Hemsworth.

She was released Tuesday only to realize she needed to get that nasty finger gash stitched up!

Because there was blood going everywhere! Ick!!

She explains:

"There was a scene where she played Wally as a young girl. And I just kind of dragged her in at the last minute. It was quite unfair of me what I did and what I asked her to do.

But she was really great and then I ended up cutting her out of the film. Ruthless, I know. I said, 'Sorry babe, you're on the cutting room floor.' She took it like a champ."

Way harsh. Leaving your own daughter on the cutting room floor.

JK, we're sure Madge had her reasons, but we're still bummed. Oh well, next time!

We couldn't think of a better place for The Dark Tower series tv sections to be than HBO. We suppose that Showtime would have worked too, but it's wouldn't be better by any means.

HBO is known for being able to handle the kind of violence and the kind of dark themes that the Dark Tower deals with, so it's a nice home for it.

Recently, we heard that 45-50 million dollars had been cut from the budget to give the massive idea more of a chance to be made. We definitely think it can be done.

Besides, as long as it's being done — and done right regardless of price — we're happy!
