Holy shiz! What on Earth?!

Paris Hilton's boyfriend, Cy Waits, was attacked today by a man outside of the Van Nuys courthouse, where the reality starlet was set to testify in the case regarding her home being broken into back in August!

According to sources on the scene, the couple was walking inside when the unidentified assailant "lunged" at Cy and grabbed him by the neck. Security quickly apprehended him, and he's currently detained by authorities!

Unbelievable! And so scary!

We wonder what set this crazy off?!

Here's hoping that Cy's okay, and that we'll get more details soon!

But she's not on trial this time!

Paris Hilton will be taking the stand to testify against a man named Nathan Parada who tried to break into her Beverly Hills mansion with a large knife!

Scarrry!

Paris shared recently:

"The detectives came to my house last week to serve a subpoena to let me know we were to take the stand and testify against the intruder."

The hotel heiress' boyfriend Cy Waits will also testify against the major creeper because he held the psychopath at gun point when he discovered the man trying to break in last summer!

Parada is charged with a felony charge of attempted burglary and faces up to six years in state prison.

Anyone who tries to break into ANYONE'S house with a big knife clearly has some issues and we hope this guy gets put away for a long time!

Later that evening, a chilly Kelly Osbourne came out in a leather jacket, Chanel shirt and black and white flats.

Also braving the desert weather that night was Paris Hilton in a cute floral print baby doll dress and her lover Cy Waits who looked like he was freezing.

Watch out, Kardashians! The original queen of being famous for being famous reality television is about to reclaim her throne!

Paris Hilton recently opened up about what to expect from her brand new docu-series, The World According Paris, as well as her relationship with Charlie Sheen's ex, Brooke Mueller and her NEW ALBUM - yes, it's coming - and it sounds as though we're going to get to see a side of the heiress that she's normally kept hidden from the spotlight!

She explains:

"The World According to Paris is an inside look into my life, my relationship, my family, friends and everything that happens on a daily basis. There's a lot of laughs, tears, drama and fun! Viewers are going to get to see the real me and get to see what its like to be me. I'm showing my entire life on the show, so of course my relationship with Cy will be shown as well. We are really happy, he is such an amazing boyfriend. I feel so safe and at peace with him. My mom is really close with Brooke and always come to her for advice. I am always there for Brooke to support her. On the show I get to set her up on some dates, it was very interesting. This show is so different then the other shows I've done because I'm finally going to be myself and show the real me. On the Simple Life and BFF Shows I was playing a character. Plus I have never gave so much access to cameras before so people will really get a backstage pass to my life. I am extremely busy. I am continuing to expand my brand. I now have 17 different product lines. Everything from clothing to sunglasses to shoes, handbags and other accessories. I'm about to release my 12th fragrance, and I'm recording my new album."

Geesh! It really sounds as though gurlfriend is coming back - and with a vengeance!

We'll admit, we're kind of quivering with excitement right now! We're not ready if we're sure for another Parisian take-over!

All eyes were on Paris Hilton last night as she walked the yellow carpet at Oxygen's Upfront presentation in New York City.

The reality star dressed to impress in a striking deep purple gown with structured shoulders and embellished neckline.

Paris also accessorized her look with chandelier earrings, clutch and her boyfriend Cy Waits.

Paris Hilton's down in Mexico doing what she does best: making appearances and promoting her shoe collection.

The business woman kicked off her promotional tour on Tuesday by holding a press conference in Mexico City. Miz Hilton shielded herself from the harmful UV rays by wearing an oversize hat and white romper with a lace Victorian collar.

After posing pretty for the press, Paris attended the official launch of her shoe collection at Sears where she met with fans and happily signed autographs and took pictures.

And finally, Paris ended her busy day by attending a cocktail party with boyfriend Cy Waits at Bosque Alto.

We say, the more support the better!

Yesterday, Paris Hilton was spotted carrying a "help Japan” banner around with her as went shopping in Beverly Hills, in an effort to show her support for the relief efforts in Japan. She later took her banner with her to a nail salon and then off to meet her boyfriend, Cy Waits, in Larchmont Village

Anything anyone can do to remind people that Japan needs our help right now, they should do it, even as something as simple as this.

Kudos, Paris.
