Could Cy Waits finally be the one??

Things have gotten so serious between Paris Hilton and boyfriend Cy Waits, the two reportedly went ring shopping in New York on Friday.

After celebrating her 30th birthday, Cy took Paris to luxury jewelry store Jacob & Co. where the two "shopped for engagement rings."

A source says:

"They were really cute together. Paris was making comments about the rings and joking that her ring has to be at least 24 carats."

The couple ended up leaving without an engagement ring, however Paris did buy some jewelry. The source adds, "She walked out sporting a $25,000 white gold and black diamond encrusted ring."

Hmm, sounds like a wedding ring to us. Especially since Paris has recently revealed that she wants to be with Cy "forever."

Paris Hilton went on Letterman right after her 30th birthday to talk about the next stage of her life (oh, and also to promote her new iPhone app).

Not surprisingly, she wants to focus on her business and empire. What might surprise some, though, is that she wants to have a few kids as well!!

According to Paris:

"[My goals for my 30s] are to just continue doing my business, growing my empire and have kids. I think having kids is the meaning of life."

Well, she does have a long-term boyfriend, Cy Waits, and they're approaching a year together! Could this be the one??

On Waits:

"I'm in an amazing relationship and we're about to have our year anniversary. We love each other very much so we'll see what happens."

Back in August, Paris Hilton's boyfriend Cy Waits was arrested in Vegas for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Now, it looks like Waits faces a felony charge of "being under the influence of marijuana," and misdemeanor charges of "possession of marijuana and driving under the influence."

If convicted, Paris' BF could get up to four years in jail! Yikes.

According to the toxicology report, there was marijuana found in Waits' blood around the time of his arrest, and given the fact that being on ANY drug in Nevada is a felony, it looks like he MAY be in trouble.

His arraignment is scheduled for Feb 17.

Sorry to hear it Cy, but actions have consequences…especially in Las Vegas.

Dude just wants to get paid!

Cy Waits, the newest beau of Paris Hilton, has filed a $3 million lawsuit against Victor Drai for not paying him and his brother for managing his nightclubs.

According to the suit filed by Cy and his brother Jesse, the brothers are suing Victor, who owned a number of venues including Drai's Afterhours, Tryst at Wynn and XS at Encore, for alleged breach of contract, misrepresentation and deceptive trade practices, among other things.

Under the terms of their contracts, the brothers were promised 16.66 percent of the monthly net profits from Tryst and XS and 33.33 percent from Drai's Afterhours. Since July, neither has seen a dime from either gig.

Oops! Maybe it has something to do with the, um , scene he caused last August?

It sounds like she's really getting her act together!

Paris Hilton may have had a difficult summer, but her recent arrest for drug possession seems to have incited a change in the heiress, and she recently revealed that she had boyfriend Cy Waits are making a conscious effort to party less, and spend more time with his daughter, Shae!

She explains:

"Shae is Cy's daughter, and she is amazing and I love her so much. She is an animal lover like me. She is smart, she is very mature. We love going to the pet store and playing with animals… going to Circus Circus, going on rides and playing games. It's fun, it's like having a little best friend. We spend a couple of days every week in Vegas. We go back and forth to see her and when we are there it's completely different from when I used to go to Vegas. We cook dinner at home. We play with all the bunnies in the backyard. We do normal things like go to the movies, and relax and just get her ready for school. It's definitely a different place but I'm really enjoying and loving it. I think having kids is the meaning of life and I really believe that. I definitely want to have a couple of kids when I do because being an only child is hard and I always loved growing up with a big family."

So sweet!

We're liking this new and improved Paris! It sounds like Shae could not only use a friend, but a role model!

What a lovely gesture!

Paris Hilton and her boyfriend, Cy Waits, brought a lot of Halloween spirit and joy to some kids yesterday by donating all kinds of spooky and festive treats to the Rescue Mission Shelter, a children's charity!

She wrote via Twitter:

Just got home. Had a great day today. Cy and I went to the pumpkin patch to buy a bunch of pumpkins. Also some tools to carve and paint them and lots of candy and toys. Brought everything down to the children at The Rescue Mission Shelter. They were all so excited and grateful. It's such an amazing feeling to make a child smile and be happy. :)
