And surprisingly, her mother, Cynthia, was not only in attendance to proudly support her daughter, but allowed the cameras to even film her for the event!

Lady GaGa is spilling the deets on how she keeps herself looking pretty.

Even though she goes to bed 7 days a week with makeup on, mom Cynthia Germanotta taught her before The Fame to wash her face with Ivory soap. It also doesn't hurt that she has good genes.

Another way Gagita keeps her skin looking young is applying sunblock, especially on her face. She explains: "I don’t like to tan my face because it’s bad for wrinkles."

Probably the most important beauty secret isn't something that can be bought. GaGa's final tip: "Just go with your gut. Whenever you try to be someone else, it’s boring."
