Sometimes the impossible just isn't impossible, and Dallas Mavericks star, Chris Wright is proving that every single day of his life!!
The 23-year-old athlete has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, and despite the fact that doctors told him that he would NEVER play in the NBA, Wright made himself stronger than his illness and is now the first jock with MS to play professional basketball.
MS is a disease that effects the nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, which in turn makes communication between the nerves extremely difficult.
People with MS may lose the ability to speak well or walk comfortably, and even though there's no cure, Chris is doing his best to live with his illness, and still hoop it up!
Ch-ch-check out the video (above) for all the deets on Wright's condition!
We should all know by now that Lakers games attract a lot of celebs.
But this seemed out of the ordinary!
The stars were really out at the Staples Center when the El Lay Lakers played the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday night.
Andy Garcia, Maria Shriver, Kristina Shannon, Pamela Bach, Dyan Cannon, Lou Adler, Pete Sampras, Michael Bay, Danny Carey, Jack Nicholson, and Jeffrey Katzenberg were only a few of the celebs at the game!
Don't shoot the messenger, Khloe, but your hubby is one of the laziest athletes in sports!
At least, that's what Bleacher Report thinks. Lamar Odom was listed as the #21 laziest athlete in sports because:
"Odom quit on Dallas, quit his reality show and may very well quit the NBA for good. Leaves me to wonder what the 32-year-old Odom plans to do for the rest of his life. I wish he'd start by kicking the Kardashians to the curb and coming back to play ball."
Before bashing him for his recent professional problems, columnist Amber Lee suggests that laziness may not be what's plaguing his career right now.
