A lot of rumors are flying around still after the infamous elevator incident that happened between Jay Z and Beyoncé's sister Solange.

One of those rumors of what set Solange off was her brother-in-law's run in with the fashion designer Rachel Roy at the Met Gala earlier in the evening.

Rachel Roy is also Jay Z's former business partner Damon Dash's ex wife, and Damon is none too happy that his once best friend may have been flirting with the once love of his life.

Here's what he recently said in an interview

Jay-Z's Former Roc-A-Fella Partner Damon Dash Owes Millions!

Damon Dash, Jay-Z's former business partner, has 99 problems and unpaid taxes are 99 of them.

Damon, who co-founded Roc-A-Fella records with Jay-Z, is now a Broke-A-Fella! It just came out that he officially owes the federal government over 2.8 million dollars… AKA what Jay-Z makes every hour(-long Samsung commercial he's in). LOLz! ;)

Damon has neglected to pay around $2.6 million in taxes in 2005 and the rest in 2011. Now, the IRS has filed a federal tax lien on him! Now that there's a lien on him, Damon probably wishes Jay would sing "lean on me."

According to Damon, he owes millions in back taxes to the states of New York and New Jersey, and he's had to foreclose multiple properties. Maybe he can get some advice from Nicolas Cage who got into tax problems for buying an island and creating Jurassic Park?

Damon Dash To Relaunch Roc-A-Fella Records

Filed under: Music MinuteCelebrity FeudsJay Z

Rap mogul Damon Dash will be relaunching Roc-A-Fella Records he originally established with former friend Jay-Z after acquiring the name back from Def Jam.

Roc-A-Fella was founded by Dash, Jay-Z and Kareem "Biggs" Burke but fell apart after falling out with one another.

Jay took control of the label and became the president of Def Jam while Dash and Burke formed DDMG (Damon Dash Music Group).

Jay-Z resigned from Def Jam in 2008 and now Dash is taking the Roc-A-Fella name back. Dash says:

"Def Jam or Universal bought the brand. I think the 'beef' was that Jay made it clear he didn't want me or Biggs to be a part of it. That's really where it was at. Now that he doesn't work for Def Jam anymore, he doesn't have the right to use the name.

"So there's no reason for us not to use it. It's there, and it's a brand that's not being used. So I was like, 'I'll take it.' It always meant something to me. It's a way more positive movement. It's what I wanted Roc-A-Fella, what I thought it should be, 10 years after I started it."

We wonder what Jay thinks about that?
