Maybe THIS will help turn the thing around!

Damon Lindelof — of Lost and Prometheus fame — has been tapped to rewrite World War Z for Paramount!

You'd think a movie with Brad Pitt starring and serving as one of the producers there would be very little issues.

Apparently it's now awaiting signficant reshoots. Lindelof will be focusing on the movie's third act.

If you don't know the skinny on

Newest Prometheus Featurette Is Out Of This World

The countdown continues!

With less than 10 days until the film’s stateside release, Fox tantalizes audiences with a revealing peek behind the Prometheus curtain.

In this featurette, director Ridley Scott and his crew open up about the ship’s far-out design.

Prometheus script writer Damon Lindelof shares a few his trade secrets, too.

Apparently they edited out the bits where he explains the incoherent concluding season to Lost because we’re still WAITING for a justification of that one, LOLz!!

We have high apple-pie-in-the-sky hopes for Prometheus, though.

Charlize Theron and Michael Fassbender are both so darn good looking, we’re sure nothing will go wrong!!

Damon Lindelof Talks Lost Ending For Disappointed Fans

Damon Lindelof

Yes, we're STILL talking about this!

When Lost aired its season finale back in 2010 nearly almost everyone was left disappointed.

The show's Executive Producer, Damon Lindelof, has a message for all fans that didn't like his ending: Suck it!

Okay, he didn't say "suck it," but he DID say if he had the chance to rewrite it, he wouldn't.

In a final attempt to settle the score with an angry fan / interviewer, Damon said:

Lost Writer Signs On To Super-Secret Disney Sci-Fi Project!

So mysterious! We're intrigued!

Damon Lindelof, one of the minds behind Lost, has signed a seven-figure deal with Disney to write and produce a family friendly, original sci-fi film called 1952!

However, just like his past show, the project is super-secret, and no details about the plot or production will be revealed!

Gah! Why does it ALWAYS have to be this way with these guys?!

Not that we don't trust their ability to tell a good story, but c'mon!

Eh, fine! We'll probably want to see it!

But you'd BETTER be straight forward about your next project after this one! Ha!

What do U think?? Are U interested in checking out 1952??

Celebrities Defend Ricky Gervais Over Golden Globes Controversy!

Well, we're glad to hear that there are some people in this industry who still have a sense of humor!

Although there's been a lot of controversy surrounding Ricky Gervais' pretty HIGHlarious, but no doubt brutal performance as host at last Sunday's Golden Globes, a variety of actors - and others - have taken to Twitter and other media outlets to defend the comedian!

Here are some HIGHlights:

Larry King:

"The folks who put him on the Globes have no right to complain about Ricky Gervais. He does what he does. Why should it surprise them? You agree?"

Elizabeth Banks:

"I thought RG was hilarious. Actors can take it. We have thick skins."

Jon Stewart:

"[I'm] offended that a comedian could be that funny at an awards show."

Lost writer Damon Lindelof:

"In case you forgot what made David Brent so brilliant, it's that he made us feel unsafe, uncomfortable and unable to look away. BRAVORICKY."

Andrew Garfield:

"He's been terribly nasty and horribly rude and I think he's genius."

Christian Bale:

“Thank God for comedians. I’m hoping he’s going to keep going further.”

Jim Parsons:

"He started with a bang and went right for the jugular. It was great! I thought he was really funny. It's like he walked up to the edge, and then he jumped right on over and didn't look back. I was scandalized, I tell you. I think he's hilarious and funny and whenever you're funny, you're gonna push some people's buttons. I thought he was hilarious, but I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end, I can tell you that. I was laughing while thinking, 'Oh, God. Not me, never me.'"

Al Pacino:

"He’s a comic, so he’s going to go for it. He’s letting it go. You don’t know what [he's] going to say!"

Heather Morris:

"I thought he was hysterical. He was so dry. He's funny as hell."

Relativity CEO Ryan Kavanaugh:

"He was hilarious. I thought he was just perfect. If he knocked me, it’s all in good fun. If we take ourselves too seriously, then what are we doing here? He makes us realize that we are all here for reasons that go between skill and luck. Let’s enjoy it."

Pretty respectable group on Team Ricky, we'd say!

Unfortunately, we feel as though the damage is done, so we're glad that he's not interested in hosting again - because there's no way he would be invited back!

Don't let the man get you down, bb! Keep on going for that jugular!
