A former professional football player was charged with raping a developmentally disabled woman in 2015 on Monday, and now he's denying any involvement.
According to the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office, retired San Francisco 49ers defensive tackle Dana Stubblefield allegedly assaulted a mentally challenged girl who was applying for a babysitting job at his home in Morgan Hill, Cali. last year.
Morgan Hill Police say the woman immediately reported the crime after it happened, but now Dana and his attorney are saying not only is she not developmentally delayed, the sex was actually consensual!
