Most Gilmore Girls fans have already gotten the chance to watch (and probably re-watch) Netflix's A Year In The Life, and are most likely filled with dozens of burning questions about the future of all our friends in Stars Hollow.
After the final four words ended up being more of a cliffhanger rather than neatly wrapping up the story in a bow, fans have speculated that these seasonal installments may not be the last we see of the perky mother/daughter duo.
Thankfully, series creator Amy Sherman-Palladino is speaking out about the hit revival, and she totally gets why the ending left viewers wanting more!
Speaking to TVLine's Michael Ausiello on Thursday, the writer said:
"The old adage is you always want to leave them wanting more. You don't really want someone to walk away from something you worked so hard on going, ‘Alright. I can move on.'"
Well, she certainly succeeded there — these new installments gave the fans more cravings than Lorelai going through caffeine withdrawals!
