While we already cannot wait to see the Boy Meets World series sequel, Girl Meets World, Danielle opened up to the mag about some little known facts about her character!

So just how did Topanga get her name?

While El Lay residents might be able to guess, Danielle explained:

They won our hearts years ago on Boy Meets World, and they are going to keep us madly in love with them on the sequel, Girl Meets World.

Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel are totes already embodying Cory Matthews and Topanga Lawrence’s ooey gooey loving ways.

If we didn’t know better, we’d assume these two are a real-life couple!

The Boy Meets World sequel cannot get here soon enough!

Seriously, we've caught up on all the original seasons, and now that the adorbz daughter for Girl Meets World has been cast, we want more.

And boy is it going to be insanely awesome when it gets here! Like Cory and Topanga's first kiss awesome!

We are already getting major promises from executive producer Michael Jacobs, who thankfully, worked on the original show. He said:

And she's also playing Cory and Topanga Matthews' daughter in the new Boy Meets World sequel series — Girl Meets World.

Yes, world! After a nationwide casting search, producer Michael Jacobs finally found the Girl… little miss Rowan Blanchard!!!

The little ones in your life may recognize her from Spy Kids: All the Time in World in 4D and The Back-up Plan, but soon everyone will know her as 13-year-old Riley.

And we gotta say! It's pretty refreshing to see such a young-looking actress play such a young part for once, no?

If you haven’t heard, Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel have agreed to make a new version of their classic show Boy Meets World, only this one is called Girl Meets World… AND IT’S ALMOST HERE!

Ben was asked about the project and said, “We’re almost there!”

That’s far from a definite release date, but we’ll take it. “Almost” is better than nothing!

He also made sure to clear up that it’s not trying to be the old show, saying:
