The former Who's The Boss star is engaged to BF Wil Tabares.

Here's how it all went down: Danny and Wil took a break from their hectic lives in Las Vegas to celebrate their one year anniversary in Palm Springs. Over a romantic— we imagine candle lit— dinner on Wednesday evening, Wil popped the question to Danny with a stunning right wrapped in a bow.

Could it be ANYMORE perfect??!

Unfortunately, the nuptials are going to be a bit more complicated than the engagement.
