Aurora Shooting: How You Can Help

We are just sick over what went down in Aurora, Colorado last night.

Our hearts are heavy along with the rest of the Nation's after hearing the news just this morning of a mass shooting in a movie theater at the midnight showing of The Dark Knight Rises.

Police have confirmed 12 people are dead and another 60 or so are injured as a result of the shooting — but we don't have to just sit idly by and let other people handle this on their own.

There are things we can do to help.

Here's how to get involved:

1. Call the tip hotline: If you saw or heard anything that can help the police, call 303-739-1862. Police are also using this number to field inquiries about victims.

2. Contact the Red Cross: The local Red Cross office can be reached at 303-722-7474. Police are instructing members of the public interested in helping the community to call this number.

3. Stay informed: Follow the hashtag "#theatershooting" or check in with the Denver Post for the latest information.

4. Donate blood: Sadly, tragedies like this remind us that we should also focus on prepardness, like regular donations to blood banks. Contact the Bonfills Blood Center to learn more about how to donate. Officials have indicated that they are looking for type O negative blood.

5. Talk to someone: Contact a crisis counselor with the Aurora Mental Health Center by calling 303-617-2300, or visiting the Center's offices at 11059 East Bethany Drive in Aurora.

6. Build community: There are several gatherings, prayer vigils, and support groups being organized, like the Community Cares Meet-up at the Thrive Community Recreation Center (Sunday: 1-5 p.m.; 15528 East Hampden Circle, Aurora) or a prayer vigil with State Representative Rhonda Fields at the Aurora Municipal Center (Friday: 7 p.m.; 15151 East Alameda Parkway).

Reach out and do everything you can.

If you can't do much at all, then at least keep the victims and their families in your thoughts.

We're just glad they caught the sicko.

Anne Hathaway Is Ca(s)t-Woman!

Oh no!

What happened?

Anne Hathaway was spotted walking through Brooklyn with her fiance Adam Shulman in a pretty hat, pulled low and her arm in a sling!

We knew she was hurt, as we previously mentioned, but we didn't know how badly.

She's got her cast all dressed up in a pretty sling, so at least she's being festive with her injury, which means it can't be too awful, right?

She's not saying how she hurt it, so we hope it's nothing serious and that she's not in pain.

Also, we apologize for the corny Ca(s)t-woman joke. (Because she's playing Cat-woman in The Dark Knight Rises! Get it??)

Anywayz, feel better, gurl!

Hines Ward happy

You've all seen the Dark Knight Rises trailer, right? Of course you have.

Most of the viewers were blown away by what they saw, but perhaps none so as much as Pittsburgh Steelers' wide receiver Hines Ward, who was almost blown away IN the trailer!

The NFL player admits he had the same reaction as almost every other Batman fan, explaining:

Christian Bale Push Ups DKR

Check it out!

Christian Bale decided that to be Batman, he has to stay in tip-top shape — so he's getting in some push ups while on set!

We can only imagine that Christopher Nolan is directing him from out of frame, and that the push ups are a grittier reboot of the ones we used to know.

LOLz!

Can't wait to see the movie!

Tom Hardy Talks About His Batman Bane Body

Tom Hardy bane

Ever since the first photos of a buffed up Tom Hardy emerged, we've been tingling with anticipation for his upcoming flicks which take full advantage of his fabulous physique.

First up, he'll be showing off that ripped upper body as a fighter going toe-to-toe with his brother in the mixed martial arts drama Warrior. With a versatile list of movies in between, he'll finally be appearing on screens next summer in Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight Rises as Bane — a portrayal that the internet hasn't stopped talking about since his name was in the running for the role.

Take one look at the creepy picture above and you'll easily understand why! His body has morphed as quickly as his career did. After appearing in the blockbuster Inception, the former drug addict and self-described "f*ck up" packed on the muscle to become a bona fide Hollywood A-lister!

His bodies transformation for his latest release wasn't easy either! Hardy went on a no-carb, no-sugar diet that he says turned him "foul-tempered, belligerent and unreasonable", explaining:

“99 percent of the job is imagining other people’s insecurities, and that went out the fucking window! I felt very sensitive and I hate pissing people off – but I f*cked a lot of people off on Warrior.”

Despite his trouble past, the actor has learned from his mistakes and is ready to move full-steam ahead with a new philosophy to guide him undoubtedly toward more success, saying:

“I used to have one foot in the future and one foot in the past worrying about what didn’t happen. Since I’ve started being in the present, the work has come. My focus now is being the best I can be.”

Check out Tom being the best he can be in the ring this September in Warrior!
