We're so excited!
It seems as though Lindsay Lohan might be back in her prime.
That's because the 28-year-old actress is taking her role in David Mamet's Speed-the-Plow very seriously, and we couldn't be more proud!
Lindsay opened up to Time Out Magazine about how she's hoping her time in London will positively affect her career, saying:

You probably best know Zosia Mamet as the bubbly Shoshanna Shapiro on Girls. But as much as she makes us laugh on her hit HBO series, Zosia is now opening up about a very serious subject matter.
The 26-year-old actress penned her own column in the new issue of Glamour to discuss her struggles with an eating disorder.

Our gal, Lindsay Lohan will be making her stage debut in Speed-the-Plow by David Mamet this fall in London's famous West End!
The Danny Moar and Simon Friend produced show will run at the Playhouse Theatre from September 24th – November 29th of 2014…
And we couldn't be more thrilled for this comeback kid.
As we told you last week, Lindsay will play Karen, a role that Madonna originated in 1988!
On the official ticketing website, the show is described as:

So THIS is why she's been in London — even missing her brother's high school graduation!
Lindsay Lohan has been overseas for many months, supposedly preparing for a potential appearance in Pulitzer Prize winner David Mamet’s play Speed-the-Plow.
Set to hit the West End in November, Lindz would probably play the small role of Karen, an ambitious secretary to a Hollywood executive!
While at Jeremy Scott's fashion show this week, LiLo revealed it would be her first time doing live theater:

Somebody must be SERIOUSLY kicking herself for all those times she blanked out on her lines!
After only premiering a month ago on the Broadway stage, Katie Holmes' new play hasn't been as well-received as she probably would have hoped for her first foray back in the game since splitting from Tom Cruise this past summer!
And even though the actress was determined enough to fix the production problems by putting in extra rehearsal hours, it's apparently just not enough…as it was announced today that Dead Accounts will now be closing seven weeks ahead of its initial schedule on January 6th!
Producer Jeffrey Finn says in a statement:

We ADORE this play!!
David Mamet’s Pulitzer Prize winning Glengarry Glen Ross was a Broadway hit in the '80s before they adapted the dark, depressing story into a 1992 feature film.
Al Pacino starred in the movie, earning an Oscar nomination for his role as Ricky Roma — the slick and successful salesman at the top of the food chain.
And now Pacino wants to bring it back to the stage!!
This time, he will play

The YouTube video
everyone eight extremely bored people have been waiting for, Sh*t Girls Say About the Show "Girls!"
You know when you stand between two mirrors and your reflection gets reflected and in that reflection is a smaller reflec…
Yeah, this is THAT parody.
HBO’s Girls is basically already Lena Dunham’s poorly received TV adaptation of the shark-jumping phenomenon, Shit Girls Say.
So “girls” making a sketch about the white-washed Girls is enough to make your brain bleed.
Will U tune in next week on Girls to watch whether David Mamet and Brian Williams’ daughters make an obligatory reference to the “sh*t girls say” about them?
