Sharon Stone had a lot to show off at the de Grisogono party at the Cannes Film Festival last night!

Not only did she expose arms and major thigh in her red one-shoulder Roberto Cavalli gown, but the 55-year-old (yes, 55!!) also put the girls on display by showing some serious side and underboob!

The sexy momma paired the outfit with Jimmy Choo shoes and a gold clutch.

While we wish Sharon did more with her hair, the rest of her looks incredible - even when she was out partying on Cavalli's yacht into the wee hours!

Hmm, guess we could see why the two have remained good friends over the years if she looks this red hot in his clothes!

Heidi Klum never fails to shine — and we're not talking about her perfume!

Germany's Next Top Model hostess returned to her motherland on Monday for a photocall with the show's finalists where she looked über fab in a blue Roberto Cavalli suit, paired with a sheer black top.

Is it just us, or does her suit look awfully similar to the Cavalli gown she wore to the de Grisogono party in Cannes last month!?

Heidi looks great but we prefer the dress version.

The strip-tastic supermodel dazzled and them some in fabulous Roberto Cavalli embellished gown and de Girsogono jewels.

We are just in awe! The dress by itself is stunning, but on Heidi? Even more so!

Sports Illustrated's 2011 swimsuit cover girl Irina Shayk stopped by the Late Show on Monday night to pass the baton over to Kate Upton.

The Russian beauty worked the camera outside the Ed Sullivan Theater in body-hugging orange Roland Mouret dress, De Grisogono jewels and Louboutin heels.

The emerald earrings and ruby ring were the perfect accents for this look. We like!

Paris Hilton has another lawsuit on her hands wrist.

The socialite turned businesswoman is being sued by jewelry and watch designer de Grisogono for allegedly ripping off one of their watch designs.

In their lawsuit, de Grisogono claims Paris Hilton's "Coussin" watch is practically identical to their "Novantatre", which is protected by two patents. The company goes on to add they've fired off multiple cease and desist letters to Paris and her company only to be repeatedly ignored.

De Gisogono is asking the court to make Hilton fork over all the profits from the watch as well as damages.
