This is absolutely horrible and completely heartbreaking.

Today in Paris, France there was a devastating shooting at the offices of French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo that has left at least 12 dead.

The attack, now being labeled a 'terrorist operation' by President François Hollande, is France's deadliest terror attack in twenty years.

Among those dead are two French policeman and famed French cartoonists, known by their pen names: Cabu, Tignous, Wolinski, and Charb (who is also the magazine's publisher).

The Associated Press is reporting that there were THREE gunmen who carried out the attack after a press conference with French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve, not two as previously thought, and that they're all still on the loose. They also were supposedly shouting "Allahu akbar" while shooting.

This is heartbreaking.

Beloved TV exec Howard Schultz has died unexpectedly at the age of 61, while vacationing with his family in Hawaii on Monday.

Schultz produced ABC's Extreme Makeover, as well as MTV's Are You the One and Next, VH1's Dating Naked and Bye Felicia, and Fox's Studs and The Moment of Truth.

He founded Lighthearted Entertainment in 1992 and had just named Executive Vice President Rob LaPlante and Vice President Jeff Spangler co-owners of the company this month. LaPlante issued a statement that said:

"Beyond Howard's incredible television acumen existed a man who truly cared for everyone he encountered in a way unique from anyone I have ever met. TV has lost a visionary mind, and we have lost a mentor in life."

Our thoughts are with Schultz' family at this time.
