Barack Obama Deeply Offended The Bayonet Industry During Debate

Barack Obama may have officially won Lindsay Lohan over (if she doesn't change her mind again by November 6) after the final Presidential Debate, but he also may have lost the bayonet vote in the process.

While responding to Mitt Romney's charges that he isn't properly arming the Navy, the POTUS said:

"You mentioned the Navy, for example, and that we have fewer ships than we did in 1916. Well, Governor, we also have fewer horses and bayonets, because the nature of our military's changed."

His off the cuff comment was meant to be a metaphor, meaning he focuses on the quality and capability of Naval ships, not quantity. However, some folks in the bayonet industry are deeply offended by the "ignorant" comment.

Arguing that soldiers still make good use of the hand-to-hand combat weapon, a representative from Bayonet Inc. believes they "are still distributed to the military all the time" and that President Obama "should get educated on it."

Ann Coulter Says Something Articulate And Meaningful Calls Obama A 'Retard'

Filed under: Icky Icky PooPolitikBarack ObamaTwitter

Ann Coulter, the conservative crusader against anything slightly left of center in the political spectrum, has reached a new low by calling Barack Obama a "retard."

The author and frequent political commentator summed up her own intellect for her Twitter followers on Monday night when she logged on after the Presidential Debate to tweet:

Charming as usual.

Presidential Debate: The Finale! WATCH In Full HERE!

Your Reaction?

Annnnddd it's a wrap for the debating portion of the Presidential race!

In the third and final debate before election day, President Barack Obama and Governer Mitt Romney discussed international relations & foreign policy, specifically focusing on our future role in the Middle East and our precarious relationship with China.

If you haven't already, get politically engaged and watch the debate in FULL (above)!

Both candidates presented valid points sprinkled with many a personal anecdote. We kind of wish there had been a tad more policy and a little less reminiscing over past accomplishments/critiquing each other on past failures… but hey we take what we can get!

OH and so many props to CBS' Bob Schieffer, who seemed to be the first moderator who was FULLY the master of his domain! (Yes, we all DO love teachers, Bobby!)

HA!

Barack Obama Jokes About Debate Performance, Joe Biden And 50 Shades Of Grey With Jon Stewart

Filed under: Jon StewartTV NewsSilly!PolitikBarack Obama

Barack Obama's interview on The Daily Show (above) Thursday night may have been one of his best televised appearances yet.

He was both funny and informative by easily matching Jon Stewart's wit while being able to shift to a more serious tone to outline his case for the presidency.

The POTUS humbly laughed along as the Emmy-winning host poked fun at his performance during the first debate, but then shot back with:

People Tell Jimmy Kimmel Who Won The Presidential Debate…BEFORE It Even Happened!

Filed under: TV NewsSilly!PolitikBarack ObamaSad SadJimmy Kimmel

Your Reaction?

Well, this doesn't say too much about how informed American voters are.

Some people decided who won last night's debate BEFORE it even happened and Jimmy Kimmel captured all their HIGHlarious fabricated opinions on camera (above).

Hollywood Boulevard's finest concluded that it was "much better" than Barack Obama and Mitt Romney's first debate, the President "was more alert this time", the town hall style "was more intimate", the new moderator was just "okay" and most people watched the invisible debate on a non-existant channel in between watching other things like baseball.

Goodness gracious. What were these people thinking?

It's okay to say you don't care about politics, guys! LOLz!

Sure, the future of our country is riding on this election, but it's ALWAYS better to tell the truth than look like an idiot on television in front of millions of people.

Maybe instead of trying to pass voter ID laws, the government should focus on voter IQ first.

Mitt Romney's 'Binders Full Of Women' Debate Flub Is Now Its Very Own Meme!

Filed under: Wacky, Tacky & TrueSilly!Politik

Your Reaction?

Ruh-roh!

We don't think Mittens will live last night's gaffe down anytime soon!

Actually, we're not even sure gaffe is the correct term for how Governor Mitt Romney responded to a young lady's question last night about pay inequities between genders!

President Barack Obama fielded the query perfectly, but you know the night's real entertainment was Mitt's cray cray response to a totally reasonable question (above)!!

What the heck??? Did he really just say he has BINDERS FULL OF WOMEN!?

Yup. He did.

And we aren't the only ones whose minds were blown by his HIGHlariously tragic answer to a super-serious question!!

"Binders full of women" is now it's very own meme!! LOLz!!

The internet is already hard at work having making fun of Mittens — take a look at some of their early results (below)!

Celebrity Reactions To The INTENSE Second Presidential Debate!

barack-obama-mitt-romney-second-presidential-debate-town-hall-celebrity reaction

Whoa!! That town hall debate was FIERCE!!

For a minute there, we thought they'd break out in fisticuffs!

Barack Obama stood up with integrity last night and aggressively battled Mitt Romney and his binder full of women but the real hero of the evening may have been Candy Crowley, LOLz!! That gurl showed backbone doing a thankless job!

We're most curious, though, to see what our favorite celebs thought about the showdown!

HIGHlarious comedians like Patton Oswalt and Bill Maher took to Twitter and were strongly supportive of the President's performance!

Eva Longoria, Mary J. Blige, Aubrey O'Day, David Arquette and John Legend were also optimistic about how the Prez's win in the second debate might halt Mitten's momentum!!

Even super-hunk Ian Somerhalder wasn't afraid to show his political side last night!!

Donald Trump, of course, is always going to be Donald Trump!

Ch-ch-check out what each of them had to say about last night's incredible debate…AFTER THE JUMP!!!
