Whomp whomp, Bristy! Whomp whomp indeed….

Remember when Bristol Palin got into a heated exchange with Talent Manager Stephen Hanks after gyrating on a mechanical bull at LA’s famous Saddle Ranch bar?

Well, Stephen sure does! And he is pissed that footage of the incident is being used on Bristol’s upcoming Lifetime reality show Life’s A Tripp - without his permission - AND that Bristol claimed the verbal fight was a major reason for her move back to Alaska…

So he’s slapping that a** with a defamation lawsuit!

The lawsuit states:

Perhaps some justice will be served this time around?

Two months ago, Casey Anthony was forced to give a videotape deposition as part of Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez's defamation lawsuit against her, which alleges that "Anthony falsely accused her of kidnapping her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony."

Manny Pacquiao Wants Judge To Issue Default Ruling Against Mayweather In His Favor

Manny Vs Floyd

Championship boxer Manny Pacquiao wants to KO Floyd Mayweather Jr. in court!

After filing a defamation lawsuit against Mayweather for the undefeated boxer's allegations that Pacquiao has taken steroids, Mayweather has failed to show up in court 24 times!

Is Floyd "Money" Mayweather afraid he'll finally get beaten by another boxer or does he just not want to lose his nickname in a court ordered settlement, which may reportedly be as high as $10 million!

Floyd's camp has said the boxer was unable to show his face in court because of his obligations to his training for an upcoming fight, but Manny is "sick and tired" of waiting around.

In response, the plaintiff has submitted a motion for the judge to issue a default judgment in his favor and offered photos that show the defended partying it up on the days he was supposedly "training".

One of Pacquiao's lawyers told reporters on Thursday:

"(Mayweather's) lawyer has to respond to the motion, and the judge will need to decide. Judges can and do issue defaults against parties who do not obey their orders and won't participate in the discovery process according the rules. And you forfeit your opportunity to be a litigant when you defy the rules."

We're right there with Manny! If Floyd is going to open his big mouth and attribute another boxer's success to steroid use, he better be able to back it up in court!

Brit Brit's Off The Hook! Sam Lufti Shut Down In Court AGAIN!

sam-lufti-shut-down-in-court-again

Phew!

Sam Lufti has once again struck out in his attempts to get Britney Spears to testify on his behalf in his defamation lawsuit against her parents, as El Lay Superior Court Judge Zaven Sinanian refused his attorney's request to have the pop star undergo an independent psychological evaluation, as it would infringe upon sealed orders from Judge Reva Goetz, who is responsible for her conservatorship!

Furthermore, Sinanian also refused the request to obtain child-visitation reports and drug test results from 2008, which Lufti claims would prove that he wasn't slipping Spears drugs back when he was her 'manager.'

Good! Keep him away from her!

We think it's disgusting that he would even TRY to slither his way back into her life, just as she's really starting to shine again!

Guess you're on your own!

Too bad! So sad!

Sam Lufti Wants Brit Brit To Testify In His Defamation Lawsuit!

sam-lufti-wants-britney-spears-to-testify-in-his-defamation-lawsuit

This guy is a real piece of work. Hasn't he put this poor girl through enough?

Sam Lufti, who manipulated his way into the role of Britney Spears' manager while she was going through her issues and basically took advantage of her mental condition, has been pursuing a defamation lawsuit against her mother, Lynne Spears, for publishing just that in her memoir, Through The Storm.

Apparently, he's now trying to get the pop star on the stand to give a deposition, but her team has resisted, claiming she is mentally incapable of doing so. Therefore, on Monday, he asked a judge to have a pyschiatric evaluation of her to that the claims are not true, due to her recent lucid interviews and upcoming tour.

According to a declaration to the court by UCLA Assistant Professor of Psychiatry Joshua Retsky, who analyzed the singer's recent behavior on behalf of Lufti:

"In the Ryan Seacrest interview, which was recorded approximately two months ago, Britney Spears is interviewed at length, and she responds logically and coherently to questions, evidencing logical thinking and mental competency. The edited interviews in the [MTV] video documentary also evidence coherent and logical thinking, responsiveness to questions, and mental competence … In my opinion, there is good cause to conduct an Independent Medical Examination to investigate the Conservators' claim that Ms. Spears is not mentally capable of testifying, and the claim that she was not mentally competent to enter into a binding contract. …"

Yes, this all may be true, but that doesn't mean she should have to be thrown into a room with that man again!

It's clear that our Brit Brit has come a long way, and has made an amazing recovery from her issues thus far, but we imagine she's still got a long way to go - and there's no need to have to endure the added stress of a man who enabled her when she was at her absolute worst!

Can't he just leave her alone?! Ugh.

Absolutely deplorable!

What do U think?? Should Brit Brit be forced to testify?
