Let's hope Mark Heller is really the genius Lindsay Lohan thinks he is!

In a last-ditch effort to get the best plea deal possible for lying to the cops, Linds is meeting with her lawyer before she faces the jury in less than two weeks!

Everyone from LiLo's bodyguard to ex-assistant has been subpoenaed against her, but Mark apparently still thinks they have a shot at making a deal as good as a free meal.

A source explained:

“Los Angeles City Attorney Terry White has told Lindsay’s lawyer, Mark Heller, he would be willing to meet with her before the trial is scheduled to begin on March 18. Both sides are working towards hammering out a plea deal in the case, but as of right now, the possibility still exists any deal could include her going to rehab. Lindsay strongly feels that if she is able to talk to the prosecutor he will be able to see that she doesn’t need to enter a treatment facility. However, White is a respected and smart prosecutor, and he won’t be influenced by Lindsay’s celebrity status. He is treating her as he would any other defendant.”

Hopefully she'll put on her best performance yet during that plea deal, because gurlfriend is going to need it if she hopes to stay out of jail and rehab!

We would take whatever that prosecutor hands out, even if it is a stint in rehab!

On the slight chance that Linds does win in court, she could still face up to 245 days in the slammer for violating probation in that necklace theft incident.

Hopefully she didn't piss off Elizabeth Taylor's ghost too much, because she going to need all the supernatural help she can get!

We previously mentioned that Hulk Hogan tweeted then deleted a pic of his daughter Brooke.

The picture was her just sitting in a chair, her toned legs sticking out of her jean shorts.

He tweeted the pic and only wrote: "Brooke's legs."

Instead of taking it as a proud father and body builder showing off his daughter's physique, people immediately were a little creeped out.
