It looks like Kris Humphries' ex bootycall girl's fake pregnancy may be a problem for Kim Kardashian!

At least legally, as the reality starlet's lawyers had subpoenaed Myla Sinanaj in hopes that her testimony could have compromised her soon-to-be ex's claims that she had defrauded him in their 72-day-marriage!
