Word on the street is that the Democratic party is joining together to ENDORSE same-sex marriage in its official platform at the upcoming convention.
Even better is that officials unanimously agreed on the new stance which "not only backs marriage equality, but also rejects DOMA and has positive language with regard to the Employment Non-Discrimination Act."
Although LGBT activists have been pushing toward this for DECADES, the wheels really started turning once Vice President Joe Biden dropped this nugget of support:

Amidst The Daily Show's Endless Sufferage 2012 coverage, Jon Stewart didn't just poke fun at Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney, but took a jab at Barack Obama too!

Baldwin said Tuesday that he is considering entering politics after his contract expires on the show 30 Rock.
